This is a great product if you are just at a water park and want to keep your device on you without worrying about it getting wet. However, if you want to use it while under water or if it has water on it and you attempt to use your device, the film of the product acts as your finger and makes it extremely difficult to use your device. I also read that if there is a defect with the product that you should test it out before putting something valuable in it. Take a piece of paper and put it in the product, then submerge it for a couple of hours and come back to see if the paper inside is wet. Just to be sure the product isn't defective.

I don't like the product. It broke the first time I opened it. I definitely refuse to trust my phone in there around any water. What a waste of my money......

Had it for just over a year now and it still works great. No leaks. I bought it for my trip to South Beach and used it in the ocean and many pools. i always check it first but haven't had a leak yet. I may get a new one soon only because it's not as clear as it used to be but still takes great pictures under water. Only problem is that it doesn't float.

I use the case all the time when I take my kids to the pool or the beach. It's big enough for an iPhone 6 (regular not plus) and a Mophie battery case. The plastic is clear enough to take pictures through and surprisingly you can use all the control and even make phone calls while the case is still on. It also comes with a neck strap so you can have your phone handy. Looks dorky but I'm a middle aged man so this won't make much of a difference in my dork factor. The only issue is that sometimes it's hard to get the latches to close. You have to line it up just right. But they were so good that after I got mine I got them for my whole family.

Protected my phone but did not take good photos underwater so did not serve full purpose. I will keep to have on water excursions but essentially useless for using camera.

Touch screen did not work through the plastic and broke after 3-4 uses.

Completely waterproof and durable. This phone carrying case is roomy for larger phones or to store extra items while getting wet. It's difficult to take pictures underwater, but I can swim out and takes pictures and video above the water while having fun with family and friends or just to make sure my personal items are on me at all times.

Handy! I use when kayaking and tubing...works great.
