Great bat with nice pop
This bbcor bat is great. My 11 year old son loves that he doesn't get the hand sting like he gets from the aluminum bats today. He is hitting the ball further with this bat. He has 2 Louisville slugger bats, a 618 and a 619 and he doesn't hit as far with those 2 bats. Several of his teammates started using this bat and ended up buying them for themselves. Louisville slugger makes great bats.

Its worth it!
This bat has helped my 8 year old in so many ways! (I got the 28". He is slightly below average weight and height)1. It has boosted his confidence. He isnt an allstar player and is just beginning to really grasp the game, but i wanted to get him a decent bat to help him. He is timid of the pitching machine, but the moment he got this bat, he was excited to try it out and he hit the ball on his first 2 tries.2. The shock is minimal. Ok, so my son is a bit of a complainer, but never once did he fuss about the jolt when the bat hits the ball. And i admit, I was a little curious myself and hit a few balls with it (at a kid pitch speed and with a kids strength) and was surprised at how it felt. As my husband put it, "I couldn't even tell I hit the ball" because of the lack of vibration.3. To add to the boost of confidence, each time he hit the ball, it went further than he had ever hit it before.A good bat is expensive, and with little kids, it is hard to decide whether or not to invest the money into it. If you think your kid will be playing again in the future, even if they outgrow the bat, it is definitely worth the small investment. I never buy the new editions, but usually the ones that are a year old (like this one when purchased). Doing so usually makes a bat that is worth 350 dollars only 100-150 dollars. For me, and how much it helps my son (both in confidence and in how he plays), it is worth the 100 dollars investment. Good equipment can make a difference in how you enjoy the activity.

Excellent bat
My last little leaguer needed a bigger bat and I read all the reviews and was trying to decide between this, the CF & Quattro. He used a Solo 619 last year and it was pretty good, but he got some hand string from time to time on that single piece bat. There was a sale on this Prime and my older boys liked the 918 Prime quite a bit, so we got this one. I'm sure the other two are great, but I will tell you that this bat is excellent. The sweet spot is big. My kid and half his team never stung their hands using it - not once. There was plenty of power comparably speaking and it's very balanced with a super low swing weight. Louisville did a great job with this USA Baseball bat.

Awesome Bat!!!
My 7 year old grandson loves this bat! He hit 200 balls from a pitching machine yesterday. This bat has no sting at all! I also think balls travel farther with this bat than his old LS 618 Solo from last season. We are so glad that Louisville Slugger has finally made their best two piece composite bat to meet the USA Bat standard. This is an expensive bat for a 7 year old for sure, but we think it will be worth every penny. We bought the 28"/18 oz size.

Good bat
Very good choice among the USABat options. My son hit .577 with one HR with this bat.

Great Bat
So far so good... This was for an 11U kid, at 5' 1" - 31". This bat swings really nice. The 3 piece design gives almost no feedback at all allowing for a very comfortable swing. It has a lot of pop... Even on bad contact it still seems to pop off the bat. This is a great bat.. At the current price it's definitely worth it...

Worth the money!
After researching composite bats, I decided on this one, and have been very happy with it. It has helped my 7 year old get a ball to the outfield for the first time and hit balls up in the air, not just on the ground. I was worried it might be too big or heavy for him because he is small for his age 44lbs. But, he got use to it and we put a spacer at the bottom. It’s worked great and he loved it. It has really helped his confidence too!

Bat has been great so far.
Great bat with nice pop and sound. My 9 year old loves it and best of all, it is very forgiving and doesn’t sting his hands.
