Very well made but too small for a five pound ...
Very well made but too small for a five pound Chihuahua. He would have had to stand up in it. Returned because it was too expensive to keep and not use.

Love the look and quality but sadly it was too small for my little 6lb puppy. Plan to purchase the size large

I don't like it cuz it's soooo small
I don't like it cuz it's soooo small, cannot fit my 7lb dog into it. I think the concept of the bag is good, but need to make it bigger. I have to pay for returning, so it's not cool.

Too hot and small for comfort
This is a sturdy pet carrier, especially if you want to carry your dog or cat in the front while you walk.It has two problems, though. One, it is too small for all except the tiniest of pets.I got it for my cat, who weighs 9 pounds, and cats are more flexible than dogs. She would barely fit inside, and couldn't move any once inside.The next problem is that while it is padded up well, it is actually padded too well because of its small size.Since it fits the pet snugly, and is insulated, the pet's body temp will go up. This may be okay if you live in a colder climate, but once the weather warms up (or if you are in a warm place like Southern California), your pet will be hot, hot, hot, and you will want to disown this product.I think there is a larger size available, but it is padded in the same way.

She is safe but your leash needs to be about 3" longer
My little girl loves getting in so she can be close to me. The leash they provide is way to short it's chocking her when she wants to look out I'm going to get an extender so she is no chocking. I didn't get one with the plush fur I got one with just an all weather material. I guess this will be easier to clean. What counts to me is my little girl loves it. So I would buy one again!

Poor placement for security strap
Product would have been perfect but the strap meant to attach to the dogs collar or harness for security is sewn in at the front in the bottom as opposed to the back in the center where it should be. My 3 lb. Chihuahua mix chokes when I attach her inside, and she is teeny. I will have to bring to a tailor to remove and secure properly.
