Ethernet Connector
Ethernet Connectivity is the way to go. It is faster, more reliable, and just a lot better overall connection as compared to WI-Fi. With all the hype that wireless gets, the connection is only as good as the signal strength and with the latest 5G advancement of wireless the wavelength is much shorter than previous versions 4G and below of which had the longer wavelengths. So as with 5G the short wave it has trouble going through many structures without having a tremendous outlay of many many relay towers to boost the short signal. Ethernet all-though older technology is the way to go, as the connection is always there. I recently had my house wired and purchased Ethernet Cables of varying lengths for the different connection points and components; such as computers, game consoles, streaming devices, security systems, exercise equipment. Yes, Exercise Equipment, there are still a few out there with Ethernet connectivity. I called up quite a few asking about Ethernet, but the trend for them is wireless. However; if you read exercise blogs and articles you find the opposite as actual people would rather have Ethernet connections, stating many times losing wireless connection half way or three quarters of the way though an exercise routine or competition and being kicked out. There were even a few representatives of exercise equipment saying yes Ethernet is the way to go, but the manufacturers do not seem to care or listen. With exercise equipment you already have a power cord coming off the machine, so one more Ethernet cord is not going to hinder anything. These 6A patch cords from StarTech are of great quality compared to most others I have seen and or purchased out there and they are rated up to 500 MHz frequency and is more than suitable for 10GBase-T Ethernet networks, which is more than enough for the home user. When plugging into my TP-Link 5 Port Gigabit Switch, Easy Smart Managed, Plug & Play you can feel the difference. It is a nice solid connection with no wiggle, as I have experienced with other brands. Overall a well done quality product experience.

Cable good. Connectors great!
The cable works as it should but more importantly it isn't a pain to plug in or unplug. So if you have to plug into something you can't see (or harder yet unplug) these are as smooth as buttah.

Reputable brand - high quality!
Startech is a brand that I trust 100% with their cabling. There's hundreds of generic cable companies out there... and like any generic brand, you'll win some and lose some. Startech is a company I come to when I only want to "win some". I've yet to receive a cable that isn't perfect and works as advertised. Many ethernet cables on Amazon are advertised as "Cat 8"... yet when they're torn down to see the internals, they're junk. They may work decently enough most of the time, but they may also randomly cut out on you in the middle of a gaming session... or change your NIC connection from 1000mb to 100mb randomly (like they were with me). While these cables are "only" CAT 6a, they're built to the spec they should be. The connectors are perfect - the lengths are as advertised - and if you cut them open you find quality throughout. They may cost a bit more than a knock off ethernet cable, but in the big picture - what's an extra $5-$10 over the course of all the years it will probably be in service? Don't skimp... just buy them.

Great Ethernet Cable
Nice quality Cat6a ethernet cables for high speed network connections. Connectors are high quality and fit snug. Cable insulation is sturdy yet flexible.

Great network cable, perfect interconnect between modem and router.
I was experiencing significant drop offs in outgoing network speed on my symmetric Internet connection. I swapped out my Cat6 cable for this one and the issue immediately went away. Highly recommended, well-built and rugged.

Pretty Good Ethernet Cable
Ethernet cables have a pretty wide range of variability, even within a particular manufacturer's offering. That said, I've bought a few StarTech Cat6a cables over the past few months, and they've been solidly manufactured / reliable. I'd rate their quality a notch or two above most other ethernet cables I've used over the years. With this type of product, YMMV is very true. Just read through the other comments and you'll see a wide range of ratings. My experience has been on the positive end. The only possible ding is that the cables are fairly sturdy, bordering on stiff. I use them in a stationary/semi-permanently installed capacity, but they may not travel well in a laptop bag.

Great cord
Very nice cord with excellent attachment fit. The data is transferred excellently. Cost was very reasonable for the quality. Would buy this brand again for any other needs.

Works well, materials seem of good quality. It’s not super thin like some no name brands but not too bulky like an outdoor type cable.

Como todo lo de Startech, bueno seguro. No te dejara colgado nunca y tendrá una duración larga. Solo verlo y tenerlo en la mano se ve su calidad.
