Fully Automatic Water Level Controller and Indicator with Corrosion and Rust Free 6 Carbon Sensor,1 Year Warranty.

A very good product for having peace of mind with the water automatic pumping system. The LEDs indicate the water level (for overhead tank and also the underground tank/sump). It does an excellent job of detecting the water level pretty quickly. Even though our overhead tank is more than 30 meters away, the sensors were able to detect the water level. The carbon sensors looks sturdy and also helps to be rust free this improving on its life. It took a while to set it up but the setup can be understood easily. A couple of suggestions to the manufacturer: 1. Make the cap of the sensors in 3 different colours so that electricians don't mixup and also it makes easy to identify (our electrician had a bit of difficulty) 2. Add a beep/buzzer alarm to indicate when overhead tank and also the underground tank/sump is empty. A push button would manually stop the alarm. This feature is to make aware that water level is very low and have to get water from outside (like tanker) or also the audio alarm is much better than a visible alarm (not everyone keeps watching this device) 3. Instead of B1, B, U1, and U marking to indicate the water level, use UL (upper low), UH (upper low), GL (ground low) and GH (ground high). It makes more sense rather than B1, B, U1 and U. 4. Instead of 3 seperate sensors, why not design a unit to hold them together at predefined position? It makes it easy for installation. All in all, a very good product.

The product functionality is as described above and solves the water tank overflow/ dry run issues which are bothersome. Usage & wiring is easy and can be done by anyone with little wiring knowledge.

This auto pump is not working in auto mode. I tried to call customer service but no response I made a whatsapp message on WhatsApp also no response. Till Tomorrow if I don't get any response, I will return the product

I purchased the controller in 2023, it worked excellently for 2yrs. Now it's malfunctioning not cutting off the pump.

I have been using Imagine technologies Water level controller from last 6.5 years. After 6.5 years face minor switch issue. So I have replaced with same model and it takes only half hour to replace and it is working fine as usual. We can save lots of water by automatically controlling. 5 star ratings from my side everyone should use this product for their home.

Overall a good product, nice n compact, easy to install, having said that, following noted: 1) sensor wires only about 1 foot long so if a proper watertight joint is not made, false water level will be indicated 2) wish a small cable management tray was provided at bottom as now cabling a bit untidy 3) labels on box are cryptic so most people find it difficult to understand 4) wish good quality extension cable would be provided at addl cost as cable now being used is of fragile quality and not color compatible.
