Now I can't say how well this will work for everyone, particularly if you have a major case of insomnia, but if like me you find that you can't switch your brain off at night, or you've had a lot of caffeine to get you through the day, these should do the job. Usually I'd get to bed & lights out by 11pm but wouldn't fall asleep until 1am at the earliest. I used to try "wearing my brain out" with podcasts or reading wikipedia pages, with little effect. First night of trying these and I was out within what felt like just 10 minutes, I could feel my eyelids getting heavy very soon after taking them. I'm now on my third bottle, and whereas that feeling isn't as "strong" as it was on the first few nights, I'm still able to sleep a lot faster and definitely notice the difference if I go away and forget to pack them.

I’ve been taking these supplements for over six months to help with my insomnia. Initially, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality; they seemed to work well for mild sleeplessness. However, in recent times, as my stress levels have increased, my insomnia has worsened, and the supplements don’t seem to be as effective as before. I do believe they are beneficial for mild cases, but they may not suffice for more severe or stress-related insomnia.

I sleep the deepest and most restful sleep with these capsules ( I take 2 before bedtime ,1 hour before I Intend to go to sleep ). I combine this natural capsules with a earthing sheet /mat and ALWAYS have the best sleep ever ,no weird or bad dreams like other herbal sleeping pills. Also NO side effects, no grogginess when awake. I also take a some vitamin tablet when I'm awake after breakfast to keep me focused at work. I have tried ALL the herbal sleeping tablets/capsules on both Amazon USA and Amazon UK and iherb and many different versions of 5 htp and gaba , I can safely say UNPLUG is the one to rule them all . Only negative is the high price ,they should offer 120 capsules ( 2 months supply ) for this 21.95 price. Update on 29/01/2020AD , Tablets not working, havent used in months , after a few weeks it loses its effect , thus I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Instead buy some blue light blocking glasses and some sleep books on Amazon.

First order was lost but seller refunded straight away. Ordered again & came next day. Product not working for me however, shame as reviews so good I hoped these would solve sleep problems but made worse, crazy dreams & literally no sleep. This does seem to work for most people though & im not most people! 😞

My expectations were not high but this product works surprisingly well. Most nights I would go to bed and my mind would not settle. Anything and everything would go through my head, even the silliest little things would be blown out of all proportion. After only a couple of nights of taking these I found I could drift off to sleep straight away and my sleep quality is much improved. I have been using them for about 3-4 months and I wouldn't be without them now.

I'd say a very good product - in that I felt tiredness come over me to go to bed but I still work up a few times. In the morning I took this companys power up so to speak tablets and I was raring to go. Of all the products ive tried so far this is the best one but taken along side their morning pills. I gave to someone else recently and it didn't work on first day for them - so maybe it needs time sometimes to get into your system. As I say its the best ive tried in the range offered for sleep. I need to give it more time to do a more thorough review tho. Pleased so far and yes would recommend to try.

After a few nights of trying these, I can only say that my sleep has been non existent, worse than normal. They seem to provide very good alertness and ability to focused but in no way have they made me have good brain function for sleeping. They have provided good brain function for concentration and alertness
