The great thing about vanilla extract is that you don't need a lot of it. But the amount you DO use is vital for taste. Singing Dog Vanilla is excellent. And its ingredients are super pure. The only thing I'm not sure about with this product is ... why it's called Singing Dog!

This is the best vanilla for people with corn sensitivities. There’s no extra junk in here. It’s clean ingredients and pure vanilla so it works for people who have a vanillin allergy too.

Honestly, the best vanilla ever produced
If you’re serious about baking, homemade ice cream, or anything vanilla-forward, the double strength vanilla is on another level. The flavor is incredibly rich, smooth, and bold without tasting artificial or overly alcoholic like a lot of grocery store vanilla extracts. You can immediately tell this is made with high-quality vanilla beans because the depth of flavor actually comes through in the final product - especially in cookies, cakes, frostings, and homemade ice cream. What really sets it apart is the double-strength formula. You get a much stronger, fuller vanilla flavor without needing to dump half the bottle into a recipe. A little goes a long way, but if you really want that bakery-quality vanilla punch, this extract delivers better than anything else I’ve tried. I also love that Singing Dog uses organic, fair-trade vanilla beans and keeps the ingredient list clean. No fillers, no weird aftertaste - just pure vanilla flavor. There’s a reason serious bakers and ice cream makers swear by double-strength vanilla, and Singing Dog absolutely nailed it. Once you use this, regular vanilla extract just tastes weak.

VERY GOOD vanilla, no bean in mine though
I’m very picky about vanilla and this is pretty good. I use it in my yogurt and in my soy milk. All my baked goods are better. Most extract is so weak so you just have to look for double fold. It makes everything definitely taste better. I was disappointed that others said there was a vanilla bean left in there which would be a really smart product enhancement to keep the vanilla going strong on the shelf, but mine didn’t have one. I’m not sure who gets one and who don’t. Bummer on that part.
