Is this product magnesium bisglycinate or glycinate? The description is not entirely clear as description references both, which is concerning

It’s full name is magnesium bisglycinate, it’s commonly shortened to magnesium glycinate but they are the same thing.

What does elemental mean in this context?

Magnesium is an element. Magnesium glycinate is magnesium chelated with the amino acid glycine. The elemental amount is the amount of pure magnesium, subtracting the glycine.

seller - glycinate provides 14% elemental magnesium, how is your product giving 20%? Buffered with cheap oxide?

Not sure how can anyone make a 20% Mg glycinate, as this is a rather simple substance, with a molar mass of 172. Magnesium has a molar mass of 24. 24/172 is 14%. I do not see any way of increasing Mg to 20% in the glycinate without buffering.
