This is an excellent spritz. I don't have a relaxer, but I have kinky/wavy hair. My hair type is 2a/2b and is very difficult to style at times. This is due to the under layers of curly/wavy hair that's underneath a covering of straight hair. Strange, but that's how God created my hair. Sometimes it won't hold a curl at all. I use this for all of my updos and I use it to hold my curls in place when I do Press N' Curls. It's the only spritz I've found that actually works on stubborn and hard to style hair. What I like most about this product is it won't flake. Furthermore, it doesn't cause natural hair that has been pressed to revert back to kinky, but it will however, freeze and allow you to manipulate the hair into your desired style while using a blow dryer to help with setting the style. Here's a tip:It works really well on up-dos when paired with the Am-pro brown styling gel. When using this with a blow dryer, flat iron, or curling iron, be very sure to use the medium heat setting so that your hair will not break/shred/burn. Following these guidelines has allowed me to use the product with ease for over 6 years now. I hope it never leaves the market cause it's the only spritz that works for me. I love it.
