Ear piece broke on second use
Bluetooth ear piece broke the second time I used it. I have other Bluetooth ear pieces and have used them for years, so I'm familiar with how delicate they can be. This was way beyond delicate... I put it in my ear (this does not hook over your ear and I actually liked that) and pulled it out, and the piece that goes directly in your ear broke off the mic boom. Sound quality was good on phone calls, but the quality of the sound through the FM was just "ok". But, for the money, it would have been a really good deal. I can still play music through my car stereo, but the reason I bought it was for both the music and the phone capabilities. It would have been well worth the money, but you expect even cheaper things to last beyond the second use.

Wireless Bluetooth FM Junk.
The sound quality wasn't great and there was a little static. The removable bluetooth earpiece didn't work at all. Waste of time and money. Sent back to Amazon for refund. If it did work it would have been exactly what, I wanted. Neat idea having a cigarette charger bluetooth earpiece plug in if it had worked.

Easy to use and reliable
Very easy frequency selection compared to other models I have had. I like to be able to pick up the earpiece to talk in the car rather than just hope that it picks up my voice while I am driving. Everything was loud and clear and I had no hassle using it and connecting it while I was driving.

I like it
At first I waited a little to make sure everything was working well and wasn't disappointed. I like that I can now use Bluetooth to connect to my car. The audio may still have issues with quality but this is due to the transmitter not being properly inserted. Once I fix that the quality is really good. I also tested the ear piece and the audio was good too. overall well worth the money.

Horrible ITem
Never liked this product! The first one I got would not turn on ! Second one worked but the sound quality was horrible and it would not stop buzzing.

Low volume
Had this for 8 months and the only gripe I have about it is the volume on this is so low that I had to set my radio volume all the way up to 50 to get a decent sound level. Everything else is great. I love how you can take your music with you when you get out of the car.

Does the trick
All works as described. I give a small deduction for a low buzz that builds up in the background noise. If you twist and wiggle it it goes away for a time. I mostly use it to listen to audiobooks while the kids are in the car. It works well for that.

Holds charge well and easy to use
The radio portion is a little difficult to use but it works very well as intended and it’s nice to have multiple phones linked to it
