Great for 6/8 quarts, doesn't work with Instant Pot Mini
It was close but no cigar on using it in the IP Mini. The diameter of the bottom egg rack is exactly the same as the rack in my IP Mini, but only the top rack will fit in the Mini because of the leg overhang on the bottom rack. That's okay, because one rack holds seven eggs, which is plenty to make egg salad for a few days for two people. If I want to boil 14 eggs at a time, I'll just use one of my bigger instant pots. I was at first thinking the eggs in the top rack would sit up too high, but I was still able to get the lid to my 6-quart IP on. I'm sure I'll find other uses for these racks in addition to steam-boiling eggs. The top rack snaps stably onto the bottom one, which is great.

Works, not the best construction. You'll need a 6-1/2" deep pot at minimum
Using the biggest and smallest eggs in my carton of extra large, this steaming rack gives me 1-1/2" of clearance underneath for water, and is (with the egg in it) 6-1/2" high. The diameter is a bit bigger than 7". So, big pot.The rack isn't very well made (the picture shows the worst join), but it works. The two pieces don't attach together, and there's no handle to pull them out. I'll probably use some silicone bands to do that.
