I bought this because I make a lot of chili. The taste is delicious! The size is perfect as it is the biggest size and best flavor for the price, you can’t beat it! This dark color chili powder is great quality. The large size container makes it easy to use!

My wife ordered this sight unseen because it was a quality brand at a good price.No commercial seasoning can be perfect for everyone. However, this particular mix was almost ideal for us. I rated it five stars because it suits my taste, but your preferences may vary.The color was perfect for us without the need for extra paprika. It had the right amount of spice for me and wasn't too hot for my wife. Although it was a bit saltier than what my diet prefers, it was acceptable for my wife and less salty compared to what I recall from the competition. It is chili powder made by McCormick, a huge name in the spice business - so yes, it is good quality.I use it to make tacos, and it is also useful to use as an animal deterrent if you sprinkle it on the ground around where you don't want the pests. That is the primary reason I bought the big bottle of it.It works good as a deterrent and also makes great tacos.

Solid product, good flavor. This is my first time to buy in bulk like this, so I'm really hoping that it holds its flavor over time. But we live outside the US and it is really hard to find chili powder here. So I bought this during our visit home and I'm hoping for the best.
