6 piece Chef Knife set - CLASSIC Series - Japanese AUS-10V - Vacuum Treated

I have been wanting a knife set like this for ages. When I saw this set I jumped at it. I has not disappointed. The knifes have a good edge that stays sharp for a long time. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a good knife set.

Man o man are these knives sharp!!! Look great, have a very comfortable handle and they will cut! Makes for effortless removal of silver skin, thin sliced brisket, and did I mention they are sharp.

Great set came in a nice wood box. They are very sharp and hold an edge. As a Chef that is what I look for a knife that holds an edge.

***Update*** Not recommended.... The company did not stand behind its guarantee.... Not long after purchaseing, we noticed rust on a few of the knives. We reached out and were basically told we were not cleaning them properly, we only asked to replace the ones with rust/stains and were denied. This was less than 6 months of purchase. I have been in the culinary field since I was 15 years old, later going on to culinary school. I have wanted these knives for a very long time and they have more than exceeded my expectations.
