Wonderful Tool for Daily Practice
These balls assisted healing for me following a wrist procedure. They worked following exercises I learned in physical therapy and online resources. Rolling them in my hand initially was difficult yet after using them daily for several weeks, my fingers and wrist felt significant improvement. Now I use them daily as a coping tool for my hyperactivity when working. They are durable and not sticky like I imagined. They are a multipurpose product that I suggest for anyone interested in less expensive items with more than just one use.

Nice hand exercise toy, but too small to fit into the hand
I bought these to replace a previous squeeze egg I had. While I like having three different strengths (which comes in a pack), they are too small to fit into my hand. I'm probably about average size. I prefer my old product.

Just what I needed
I need to strengthen my grip to improve my disc golf throws. I tried several different products before setting on this one. It was worked out very well. The egg-shape works much better for me than round balls. The egg shape allows me to get good resistance on all fingers and my thumb.

Great for small hands!
These are handy and work very well with my small hands and slender fingers. I've had them for a month and have not seen any deterioration from use. I don't use them every day, but would like to get to that point. I like the feel of them and they appear to be helping with some hand pain (possibly arthritic).

A bit small for people with big hands
These are great for the what they are. My husband has diabetes and the Dr recommended he start using a stress ball because his fingertips hurt. The feel of them is nice. Not too hard, not too soft. They don't feel gummy or sticky. They will pick up lint, hair, etc though. The only issue my husband had with them is that they are too small for his hand. He has very large hands though. He is 6'1. The picture I have attached is me holding the egg. I'm 5'4 and my hand is 7" from tip of middle finger to wrist.
