Woodwise 32oz Concentrate No-Wax Hardwood Floor Cleaner

As always, the best hardwood floor cleaner I have used. I cleaned houses for 18 years professionally. Once I learned of this product, I used it for all my house cleaning clients' homes with hardwood floors because it was economical for me as a concentrate, put a gorgeous and non-sticky shine on the floor, didn't scuff or scratch, and dried fast. It is far better than plain white vinegar and water for a hardwood floor because that tends to strip the oils and this product does not do that in any way. It also has a pleasant, clean scent. There is a surfactant in it that helps clean even the toughest, dirtiest hardwood floors. I've used it in new construction as well as move-out cleans and it gets the job done right.

The hardwood floor company gave me a supply of Woodwise when they installed my hardwood floor 8 years ago. I (and my cleaning lady) were instantly hooked on this effective and easy to use cleaner. For the last 8 years I have made the 40 mile round trip to purchase it from the flooring company. I was thrilled to see that it is now available on Amazon saving me time and cash. When used according to the package directions, Woodwise is fantastically effective at leaving all hard floor surfaces shiny and clean. After seeing how well it worked on the prefinished hardwood we tried it on the Pergo laminate floors and tile in other rooms of the house. It works wonderfully and even cleans the laminate floor in the kitchen where it erases grease and other evidence of cooking. A little goes a long, long way with this product and it must be diluted with water and used in a spray bottle but it is clearly the best cleaner for tile, marble, hardwood and laminate. It leaves no residue and is streak free. I am a loyal customer and will be as long as I have floors to clean.

I am no stranger to wood floors as I am in my third home with them. In the latest home, new wood floors were installed in August, 2011. The floors were part of The Garrison Collection, a brand I was unfamiliar with until I purchased them. After installation they looked beautiful and I asked my installer if I could use Bona Professional Hardwood Floor Cleaner and he said yes. I proceeded to use Bona over the first few months and began noticing the floors acquiring a dull film. I stopped using Bona and began a search for something new. All the experts I talked to continued to suggest Bona (including the Customer Service Rep from Garrison), as well as a large wholesaler in town who was nice enough to spend an hour with me talking about the problem. Tried Bona again and continued to see the dull film. If I took a soft dry towel afterwards and really "polished" the area it would improve, but it was not the the easy maintenance I was had previously enjoyed. I did receive a follow up email from Old Master Products (somehow affiliated with Garrison) with a suggestion to try Woodwise, about 6 weeks ago. Desperate as I was, I immediately ordered it on Amazon and it arrived in 2 days! Wow! I cannot believe the difference. There was an immediate improvement and the floors continue to improve with each use. Very, very happy with Woodwise and grateful to find it, as I was regretting the big spend I had made on 1500 sf of wood flooring until I found it. My non-professional opinion makes me believe different cleaning products produce varied results with some polyurethanes. Bona was definitely not the answer for this particular floor and Woodwise was.

Great for sealed wood floors. The best.

Seems to be an ok product. I used to use kahrs floor cleaner but it's changed and now leaves a gummy film. I then went to a vinegar, water,alcohol, and a drop of dawn detergent. That mixture works very well. So does this product. Which is better? Can't really tell. Sorry.

This cleaner was recommended by floor installer and is a good cleaner, low residue and protects flooring.

Zero stars as the product was delivered damaged, the liquid solution had completely leaked. I returned the damaged product yet I'm not being charged for said returned product.
