Not at all :). The pen comes with a single blue ink cartridge. But you can use it with any of the several color ink cartridges. There is also a refillable adapter available that you need to buy separately.

Does the pen come with a converter?

No. It only comes with a disposable cartridge.

what is the range of colors? Could you order one of each color?

I'm unclear on your question. These pens come in a variety of colors and I trust you can order as many as you like of whatever color. I have a yellow one. You can order ink in different colors - black, blue, purple, green...... and the pen writes in whatever color ink cartridge you have in the pen. Hope that helps.

The tittle says Fine, but the picture shows a nib with an M for medium, so is it fine point or medium?
