Searched Amazon for replacement attachments for the Beurer MP32 Unit. None could be found per Kobie Cole · answer on 10/12/21. A reply on this subject from Beurer would be helpful in making a decision to buy or not.

Is it compatible with extension nail gel drill bit manicure pedicure 3/32?

Are the insert leg of the attachments hex to ensure a good fit or are they just rounded?

Yes it is a small hex shape around the little leg part in the inside so you can slide the drill right on in but don’t try to use other drills bits that are not made for the product tho (custom made drill bits)because when you look at the drill bit it specially made different from how other drill bits are made.
