I love this product! My phone has fallen so many times and is still in perfect condition because of this case. I just bought my second one, since after a year or so the charging port cover on my original one broke off, but it's totally worth it. Also the screen cover eventually became a little scratched up, but of course the likelihood of that happening depends on how careful you are with it. Highly recommend if you tend to drop your phone and don't want it to break.

I've had this case since 2019. Yes, 2019. It is now September of 2022. My phone's still intact and it has been dropped, sat on, stepped on, and dropped off of moving warehouse equipment. That should be a testament to its quality.

I have accidentally sat heavy tools on it, dropped it on gravel and concrete, spilled wine on it (dont judge me), got a heck of a lot of dirt on it, left it in hot sun, held it in the snow, stuck a pop thing to it (super cute you should get one), taken a pop thing off of it (gotta switch it up), got hair goop on it and probably some other stuff. All that and I got one little chip. The chip happened after a full year of use so I ordered a second one. I didn't need to but I was getting ready to take it on a trip so I wanted a fresh looking new one. Another year later and I am still happy and proud of my purchase. My husband is equally hard on his with no damage or complaints.

Normally when I purchase a new protective case I agonize over the decision and the product I get is just fine. For some reason I wanted a new case for my Pixel 3a that had a screen protector component. It turned out to be a short search as the Poetic Rugged Clear Case caught my eye immediately. There were a few others that looked interesting but for some unknown reason I was really enthralled by the Poetic case.I made a great choice. The case is attractive and substantial. By substantial I do not mean big and clunky. It is extremely comfortable in my hand and I love the fact that the original white color of my phone is visible on the back. The front protective screen has not reduced the touch sensitivity of my screen and it is crystal clear. I feel that if it did get knocked to the ground it would have no problem surviving the drop. I also love the fact that the "snaps" on the top and bottom for the charger opening or the phone jack actually "click" into their respective openings with a satisfying click. Opening the case up to charge it did require a little work the first few times I did it but the past couple of weeks it has been done with no problem. It just took some getting use to how to open it enough to get the charging cord into it. Again, this just added to feeling of strength and durability.How much more can you say about a case. I love it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this case. There is no rainbow effect on the protective screen, it's super easy to put on and take off, it feels very nice in the hand and it's not bulky. It fits the phone perfectly... all the slots work as they should, and the protective slot covers close well. The volume/power buttons are very clicky, and the screen is very responsive, you can barely tell there is a protective screen, aside from the fingerprints that inevitably occur. The assistant squeeze still functions (I did have to turn the sensitivity down so I didn't have to squeeze very hard), and it looks nice. The only thing I don't like is the clear back. While it looks cool, it gets dirty very easily and is somewhat slippery if holding onto it the back. Other than that, it's a great little case if you need extra protection from drops, like I do, as I am very clumsy! It's definitely not as nice as otterbox, but since otterbox decided against a protective clear cover for this phone, I decided to take my money elsewhere and try something new, and I'm glad I did. Poetic cases are definitely underrated, and I recommend them to anyone who needs some added security!

This was honestly one the better phone cases I was able to get for my phone and it held up perfectly, even protected my phone from fall/drop damage. Would absolutely recommend.

My Pixel 3a is a great phone except ffor one thing: the physical construction (and especially screen) are garbage. My screen cracked with a polyurethane (tpu) case and screen protector without falling while in my pocket hiking. It totally broke a year later from a 2-foot fall onto bathroom tile (with another tpu case and screen protector).So I got my screen repaired and bought this brick of a case. It fell from 5' onto tile and the phone is fine. So yes this case is absolutely amazing. It also is not crazy bulky. A bit thick but this is what you need to protect such an anemic phone. It's a tough impact resistant polycarbonate skeleton with polyurethane (aka slightly elastic and bouncy) shock absorbing corners.I am only taking off one star because the built in screen protector gets fingerprints and smudges very easily. It's easy to clean off but it constantly gets dirty.

This little case adds some but to the phone which is great for me I like to stuck my phone in my pocket but I also tend to be clumsy sometimes and I drop my phone. My last phone was a rugged phone soon decided with my Pixel 3A to get a wireless charging pad and the reciever that plugs into the phone so I don't damage the port and d ont have to have a million wires as everyone in my house has a different type phone. The charging port dust cover will no longer close fully if you have a wireless reciever in the port. Just a note for anyone wondering. That's not a deal breaker for me though. It's also hard to tell in the picture form the advert but the back is also a clear plastic like the front. So I can see the "tag" part of the wireless reciever, again just a note for anyone wanting to know and not a deal breaker for me.All of the buttons line up perfectly, the squeeze feature works great with just a tiny bit more pressure added and it really feels substantial to me. There isn't any impediment form the proximity sensor, cameras, etc. I also don't get the halo effect others see but I can see how in some cases it will create t hst effect. They are plastic and not tempered glass, so a little vacuum maybe created and it sticks to the glass of the phone. Overall I think this will be a great little case!

I usually use a separate glass screen protector and a rubber case. I decided to go for this on the basis that it would do the whole job. Generally speaking, it's a really nice case. It fits in both my car phone holders even though it increases the footprint of the phone quite a bit.Pros:East to put togetherProtective covers over the charging port and headphone portThe hole for the headphones is big enough that I can get my aux lead in when I'm in my carDitto for the charging holeFeels very ruggedThe screen is recessed so it should protect it if it's face down on a rough surfaceCons:The recessed screen means that the characters on the edges of the on screen keyboard are tricky to hitThe screen protector is flexible so you can feel that there's a slight gap in places between the protector and the screenYou lose a bit of sensitivity on the touch screen, I thinkOverall, for the money, I think it will do its job even if the ergonomics aren't perfect

This is a really good case. All the features and buttons still work. I like the port covers as they help to keep some dust out at work. I've dropped it a couple of times and the bumper has a bit of bouncy to it rather than these hard plastic ones that don't absorb any shock and seem a bit pointless to me. It has a built in screen protector but I removed this and put on a tempered glass one in it's place which works better. Dust can't get behind it and it gives better protection and feel.

I have now had this case on my phone for an entire year and can give it a much better review than I did previously.The case overall is wonderful, arguably the best designed case I have ever had, I say that as someone who hasn't been asked to write this, but someone who relies on real reviews from actual people. When I buy something, I will look through many reviews to see if it's worthwhile.On to the case, yes it does indeed have a plastic screen protector, do what I did, buy a separate glass protector to have directly on the phone, it does not get in the way at all.After a whole year the case has held up spectacularly, none of the port covers have snapped off despite me playing with them constantly, it is scratched up considerably on the rear of the case, but my phone underneath is in perfect condition.I ended up pulling off the plastic screen protector because after a year it had finally become scratched enough to bother me, and has collected a fair bit of dust, the case still works fine.I have dropped my phone more times than I can count, and the phone is still in perfect condition, I think the corners of the case really help protect it when it falls.If I could give this case a 6/5 I would. If you have recently bought a pixel 3a and need a phone, don't bother with any other case on the market, this is the case you want.

This is a great case, I've dropped it multiple times and it's unlikely that you will damage you phone unless dropped it off a building or something. Another thing which is quite good is the case doesn't increase the phone too much, it's still comfortable if you put it in your pocket. What I will say though is the front protection over the screen is just a piece of a plastic, it isn't made of anything particularly durable, so you can almost see from the images I've attached that its scuffed, this seems to happen quite easily, which doesn't look all that great.

I've had the item for a week and the "protective glass" is already scratched. Would not recommend
