Amazing and comfortable gamer chair with fabulous sound...if you don't use the wireless feature.
I love this chair. Bought it to have a comfy chair on the floor while on the computer and a bonus was that it came with speakers.....and vibration. Now I will say, my overall experience has been phenomenal with this chair. I don't have consoles, just PC, so all of the mess of cables that came with it went straight into my cables drawer. I tried the wireless out for a bit and realized what everyone was talking about in the reviews. If using with a computer, BUY A LONG 3.5mm CABLE!!! If you're a gamer, make sure your audio cables reach the chair. DO NOT use the wireless. It sucks and here's why: It has a constant, never ending, perpetual, hiss that varies in volume, culminating with a loud "scratch" sound. It will also cut out completely unless you crank the volume all the way up and wait a few seconds for the sound to return, only to have it go out again minutes later. I tried the wireless settings 1, 2, and 3 and none of them made the slightest difference. This is why I say, "DO NOT use the wireless. It sucks...". That aside, the speakers On the sides near the head give a pseudo "surround sound" effect and with the vibration knob up, I feel the sound. Even when people are talking, if they have a bassy voice, my butt can enjoy it. 8-) One caveat to the vibration, the speaker sticks out into my tailbone and after just a few minutes, begins to hurt. That is why I have a small pillow there now and everything's peachy. Still feel the sound no prob. Conclusion: Buy this chair. But if you can only use the wireless for this chair, I would find something else. Bluetooth would be great and I see there are models with that option. Buy those XRocker chairs if you need the wireless because this is not the chair for that. Other than that, this is one of the better buys as it has come down significantly in price and still provides amazing comfort and sound...if you don't use the wireless (I think I've made my point).

Exceeded all of our expectations - really a nice gaming chair!
I was a little worried about this when we placed the order. It has good reviews, but there are some reviews that had me wondering about the quality. Well, I can ASSURE you that the quality on this is VERY HIGH for the price and greatly exceeded my expectations. This chair feels very well made and has high quality, thick leather - not a thin veneer or anything like that. It looks VERY good quality, the stitching is great and looks and feels like high quality leather furniture. Next up is the sound and electronics. I was VERY worried about this aspect of the chair. It seemed very possible that the chair might be fairly well made, but that the electronics wouldn't be high quality or the sound wouldn't be rich and full - but the speakers sound very full and have a nice, solid, firm and punchy bass (no long vibrating rumble, but instead it is powerful, punchy bass that is tight and hits hard and fast. If you are looking for a deep long muddy rumble, you will want to look elsewhere - this is crisp and tight. Please don't misunderstand, it isn't LACKING anything, it is excellent. On a scale of 1-10 I would give the audio a solid 8 points. There is some room for improvement, but it exceeded my expectations. There are four speakers that provide the stereo sound. The top pair of L&R speakers seem to do a large part of the work. The bottom pair add some ambiance. Then the subwoofer in the back of the chair also has a resonance chamber to make the bass even more pronounced. It actually sounds very good and isn't just some junk thrown in with wiring to get sound to all the speakers - it feels and sounds like there was some thought and engineering that went into the speakers. There isn't an EQ, but you can turn the bass up and down. So that sort of provides some degree of adjustment. One other neat feature is the rumble seat. You can adjust the degree of "rumble" but basically we leave it turned up to the max. It isn't overpowering. But it is cool and adds a neat feature that has the chair vibrate when there is an explosiong or if there is a loud punchy bass point in the music or sound effects. It sounds great. One thing we are really noticing in Fortnite is that the guns all have very distinctive sounds and it feels much more real when the guns sound so realistic. Also, the in-game chat is VERY clear and easy to understand. Very nice touch! I really thought that we might not end up using the speakers, but we have been pleasantly surprised with the quality. Another neat feature is the multiple method of hookups. It comes with several options. Ideally you would have a surround sound input, but this actually works well. We simply plugged the short headphone jack into the headphone output on the computer, and then plugged that into the transmitter that they provide. It takes 3 AAA batteries. It immediately connected with a very clear conecton. There are three channels to choose from, but channel one worked just fine for us. This method worked well for us and did not create any conflicts for us at all. The only problem we have encountered is that it sits very low. We knew this going in, and we thought that this would be ok for our setup, but now that we have it, we are wondering if we should have gotten a simiilar chair with a small round stand. But most of those models only had 2.1 surround sound and not the 4.1 version. Right now there is no way for us to report on longevity or how well made the product is over time - but I will report back if it falls apart anytme soon (TRUST ME, I will be back if it breaks... LOL) But at this time, I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone asking me about gaming chairs - it has turned out to be nicer than we expected and seems to be well made and well designed and we are very happy with it.

Awesome Chair
*Intro Being a successful guy I decided to splurge and treat myself to something for all my hard work lol I've had this bad boy for quite some time now, and it works great. *Shipping It came on time and in perfect shape way back when I did originally order it, so shipping wise Ace Bayou gave me no trouble and got here in perfect shape. *Failings The wireless audio transmitter Fails horribly, and just does not work, I threw it in the garbage, if the item really matters to you keep this in mind, that mine just flat out sucked, it had high pitched buzzing that would not stop no matter what medium I used, or what pour source; ac/batteries, I used. However I did not really want to use it because it reduces the sound quality anyway, so for me it did not bother me, take this into consideration though if wireless audio matters to you, because mine failed HARD, I also don't believe it was a fluke ether, it's just a really poor device, sorry but I'm being real. - 1 star *Pros Leather has held up/No cracking Zero Defects or Failures on all functions other than the wireless function Folds *Warnings Don't move the chair by the arms, it says so on it, you can damage it apparently, also don't put pressure on the arms, I never have and have never had any problems, *Random ramblings of fun Disclaimer "No one's forcing you to read this" The chair has no cracking in the Leather, it's still semi soft, and very comfy to use for me since I've got it, and it's been a while, I've done all manner of man stuff in this chair, and don't condition it, I just use and abuse it with my 6 foot 180 pound man body xD It has good padding but is firm, I hate soft things so for me this is a pro, it's very firm, the seat has a teeny bit of cushion, just enough for me to feel cozy, but not so soft that I get sucked into it, I hate furniture like that! So for me the Firmness is a good thing. I've also had no issues with the Vibration feature ether, it still works flawlessly for me and I blast it hard. How it works is you can adjust Bass, Vibration, and Master Volume. Without the Bass maxed I find the Vibration function does not activate, it also needs to be used loud for the vibration feature to work, basically Bass and loud booms cause a MASSIVE dual shock like rumble that is just awesome. It also has a headphone jack, so you can use it at night if you wish, what I do is hook a PS2 Yellow, Red and White jack into my PS3, then run the Red and White cables to the chair, I set the Audio to dual out HDMI and the Jacks from my PS3 menu, so I have my 7.1 sound system blasting, AND THE CHAIR! ALL AT ONCE! Watching Jurassic Park on Blu Ray with surround sound, and the chair at the same time is INSANE! At night I mute the Sound system deck, and plug headphones into the chair so I can play PS3 through the night without being an evil Neighbor, when using headphones there is no vibration or etc, it cancels the chair out, it can make you poop yourself legit if you unplug the headphones at night as it will come out full blast like an earthquake making the entire room quake and rumble if you pull the jack out by mistake at night lol The speakers do face away from you, but I don't find it bad at all, the thing can be beastly loud, and I can tell if the enemy is coming from the left or right, and my separate and unrelated to this product sound system covers true Surround sound so it's not an issue for me, there's two speakers near the bottom of the chair, two near the head, and one Sub in the back. Mass Effect 2, Doom 3, Unreal, and even Quake on my PC work wickedly great with it. It really is a treat when you feel the machine gun make your whole body vibrate as you hear that BLAM BLAM BLAM and waste fools lol Overall if you have the money to spare and you just don't care what people think of you, DO IT! Life is short death eternal, this thing is FUN!

Enhanced XBOX ONE gaming experience!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2014. My husband is a true gamer and he loves this chair to death. Paid 211 for one of these. Glad I did!!! It's nice quality, not too big and fits just right in our small living room. It folds for easy storage too. We both love it so much, we went and bought a second one! One for me and one for him side by side in our living room of two TVs. (We like to play online together). It rocks back and forth like a rocking chair which is great when my toddler likes to sleep on us when we play on our XBOX One. The leather quality is nice...the sound quality is excellent and also great to use when watching a movie! It truly enhances and changes the experience and it can crank up really loud! My husband said the sound quality is amazing, "it puts gaming to a whole new level, you can really FEEL like you're in the game". Although the audio experience is excellent, I would rate comfort quality level a 4.5 out of 5, only because I've used the chair 2 weeks now and my butt shape has already imprinted in the seat. Don't get me wrong, IT IS ABSOLUTELY comfortable, but I just wish that the seat had a thicker and better quality padding. No biggie! Another small issue is that I like to sit with my legs up and crossed (indian style) and everytime I do so, i almost fall back. Now obviously the chair is not nade to be sat in like that, but that's just my personal issue with the chair. Take it from me, just do NOT fold and cross your legs in or you may fall back! Lol. No one nornally sits that way in the chair anyway, so it's just my personal struggle. I just have to sit properly like everyone else :) all in all, It's been a great buy and we happily just purchased another one. Oh! This chair FOLDS which is also awesome! My 5'11" 180lb. husband loves it, my 10 year old nephew loves it, and I love it! I recommend for anyone!

Impressive chair!
This chair is easily a 5 star winner! I finally got around to hooking it up for my kid to use with his Xbox One and his Xbox 360 and was very impressed with the sound quality and loudness. The bass in this chair also really helped make the difference. Ryse in it's full glory playing this char made for some pretty immersive gameplay. I'm actually considering getting me one, too. There are a couple of thing to think about before getting this, but none are in any way deal breakers, but more preference. 1) The chair does sit low. It is supposed to, but if you have a TV on a wall mount, entertainment center, or desk and don't have the ability to have the chair far enough away, you may be looking up a bit. I actually anticipated this and picked up a $40 TV stand. Not only was this solution cheap, but the TV stand works great as it is low to the floor, has shelves for the Xbox One to sit on and a few side shelves for accessories and games to be stored when not in use. It is the perfect height. 2) The chair is a rocker and it is pretty heavy especially when someone is in it so WATCH YOUR FEET and if you have small children or pets, well, one good rock over a hand, foot or paw and you may have some injuries on your hands. This can be totally avoided by just using common sense. My kid almost got my foot and I could tell right away I had better be careful. If you are NOT the one sitting in the chair it is up to you to watch where you are. 3) The power cord for the chair is a little short and in my opinion needed to be a little more sturdy. Don't get me wrong, it does it job just fine and luckily for our setup reached the wall, but it does not sit flat on the floor. I would have preferred to have some low profile floor covering for cords, but for me to do this would mean buying a new cord. The MFG should have realized that most people will be sitting in the center of a room and not next to a wall. It really is a nice chair. Just make sure to have some rechargeable batteries or research buying an additional power adapter for the wireless box as I'm sure it will eat through the power.

Chair with sound. Not the most comfy
Purchased for my girlfriend. Assembly is basically 6 screws and a pin. Wiring is easy with the wireless receiver. Does give off feedback noise using bass vibration tuner. Feedback stops at low or high vibration levels but immediately in between. Sound is loud and clear. It's not super high quality but it's there. Fortunately I'm not looking to keep the audio connected. However the chair isn't all that comfortable either. First respects will say it's cool but the curvature of the chair has you naturally and "comfortably" in bad posture. A deviation from the posture of the chair sacrifices the empty space cushion for your bum to a bar in the front or a thicker minimal cushion back. The arm rests are solid hard plastic. They give you good support but quite literally nothing to lean on. The headrest section is arguably the best part of the chair with soft padding where you see it and being actually comfortable no matter how cocked your head gets. I'd imagine for someone shorter or a kid this would be more comfortable. Not the highest quality control either as they're are minor defects. Nothing breaking or visibly obvious but the arm rests are poorly buffed with rough plastic on the bottoms and fringed plastic. The headrest is actually crooked although it seems to be the same visually on their pictures. Not the kind of thing you'd expect for the 200$ price tag and minimal attention to detail. But got mine 40% off and luckily the person to use this won't be in it for hours at a time usually. I'd ascribe this chair to a good kid's gift. It looks cool, they won't notice the little things, and they might be forced to move around or get up more often cause of the forced posture which will allow them to keep the circulation going. While I'm sticking with it, I'd advise trying a different company focused on quality or truly consider a cheaper model. I don't expect it to get much worse.

X Rocker Pro Series H3 Chair - Highly Recommended!
When I'm home, I watch videos on a 100 inch projector screen.. The images are bright, and the sound can be cranked up to 11. When I'm at our shop, it's a different story.. video is limited to a 17" Asus ROG laptop, and the sound.. well.. It's a laptop.. The usual bluetooth speakers just weren't doing the trick.. That said, I opted to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Get a new chair and get much better sound. I snagged the X-Rocker Pro Series H3 Chair, and love it! [I'm sitting in it while I type this] Not only is the sound killer, the haptic feedback of the vibratory motor is a cool added plus.. No gaming, but, lots of video watching and photo/video editing while I'm in the chair.. This thing makes doing that so much more immersive and fun! If I remember right.. The chair took about a week to ship. It got here in great shape.. Assembly was a piece of cake, and it's being used 5 days a week on/off during a 10 hour day. That said, it gets a LOT of use! I use a TaoTronics bluetooth wireless setup with mine, so 1/8" Aux plug to the adapter, then stream BT from my phone / laptop / etc. Zero latency and one less cable. The chair is constantly powered via a T-Power adapter/charger, and it's been great also. Zero issues with audio connectivity and/or power. The chair quality is pretty nice too.. Especially for the price.. I worked in home/auto audio for years, so, assumed I'd have to tear into the chair sooner than later and fix and/or upgrade audio or other components.. Nope. I was definitely wrong.. Everything has held up great! My only gripe is - There is a slight 'twisting rock' to the chair.. If I lean back, it doesn't rock straight backwards.. it starts to, then 'pops' to the left or right.. [As if it's either the bottom tracks not being perfectly level/in-line, or, the hinge system] Not a big deal.. The only other things is - and we've all read about it before.. The issue of the internal cross supports eventually digging into back and legs.. I'm a tall thin dude, so it's not like Jabba The Hutt sinking into a bean bag or anything.. I barely weigh enough to dent the seat cover. haha I still periodically feel the support[s] though. Quick fix - I just adjust how I'm sitting. Problem solved. At least temporarily. Overall - Killer Chair! And.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Sam -

Good gaming chair; Pricey, but competitive with similar models
The X Rocker Pro Series H3 is a very well rounded gaming chair, with plenty of features that other similar models do not have. This chair has 4 speakers, a sub-woofer, additional vibration motors (think rumble packs for your bum and back), with what I like to call Semi-Wireless capability. One thing I find annoying about all manufacturers of similar chairs, is that they call them "wireless". This chair and many others like it, require a power chord to power the chair. It is only "wireless audio" capable when you use the wireless transmitter. A true wireless chair with a rechargeable battery would be cool, but I assume the price of the chair would double as a result of putting a battery in it. First the negatives about this chair, which are really just minor gripes. The power chord is short. Hopefully you have an outlet close by. An extension chord will work for those with a lack of outlets in proximity to your prime gaming angle in front of your TV. Or buy a longer chord, though this is not something you will want to hear after purchasing a $159+ chair. Save yourself some funds and get out an extension chord. Likely most people already have one floating around. Luckily for me the chord is just long enough to get to my prime gaming spot in front of my TV, which is mounted about 4 feet high on the wall. If it was another foot high, or mounted above say, a fireplace, I would definitely need an extension chord to get back far enough for the best viewing angle. Second negative is the speakers max volume and quality. I will be honest, I don't often use the audio with this chair. I have a 7.1 gaming headset which dominates anything this chair puts out. The speakers are fine and get moderately loud, but I was hoping for a little more. The sub is actually pretty decent for a 4" woofer. It is much better than my previous gaming chair, which only had 2 speakers and a sub, but you are not going to be blown away by the sound. Stick with a gaming headset, if you have one. The securing clip for the seat back had a bent housing where you thread the clip through. Looks to me like the base the clip slides through got bent while shipping. Last negative comment I had about this chair was the rolled lip on the seat cushion, which is in a somewhat awkward spot, at least for me. When I sit far back in the chair, this rolled lip is not comfortable. I need to scoot my bottom forward to not be annoyed by it. It is not a deal breaker, but it makes me feel like I am sitting on a pencil if I have my butt too far back in the chair. Maybe the lip will get broken in over the next few months. Once in the proper position though, this chair is extremely comfortable. Now the positives. I like that the chair is all black. I am 37 and a pretty avid gamer, so I didn't need or want something with 10 different colors. I wanted something that didn't look out of place., and this chair flies under the radar compared with others. I have sat in this thing for 4-6 hours every other night, and have been completely comfortable. The speakers are okay. The sub is surprisingly powerful for it's size. I wasn't sure about the vibration motor, but on occasion, I have used it. I don't think it adds much to the experience, but others may think so. What I like best about the chair is that it is comfortable, compact, and not flashy. I have only owned it for about a month and a half, but I use it every time I game. Some things this chair could have used...padded armrests and a USB port or two. The armrests are okay, but padded armrests would have been an improvement. Another X Rocker I looked at had a USB port and that would have been great as an option for charging a phone or a controller. Honestly I cannot believe more gaming chairs in this day and age don't have at least 2 USB ports standard. To sum up, this is a very good gaming chair. It is comfortable, has a decent amount of features, and has met all of my expectations. Negatives like the length of the power chord, the bent clip housing, and the lip on the seat cushion are minor and easy to live with. It is pricey. I got this for $159 and with a gift card, I got it for only a few bucks out of pocket. I would not have purchased this chair when brand new and in the 200+ range. Few chairs in my experience are worth that price. With a longer power chord, padded armrests and a usb port or two, this chair would have gotten a 5 out of 5.

sounds great, nice and comfy
Wicked chair, sounds great, nice and comfy, looks quality, wireless sounds worked great. Only downside is that it is a little low and I wish I could attach a stand to hold it still and not rock sometimes. Bought for racing sim, but cant use pedals without rocking. There is a model with a pedestal, but this one was half price during Cyber Monday so I got it instead. Can't knock them for that as it is design and they have a model with the pedestal - probably just would have preferred that model.

RUBBISH
Came a month late, nobody contacted myself after I emailed to see where it was. When it finally tipped up 2 of the 4 speakers werenโt working and the 2 that do work are all distorted, the vibration doesnโt work and the chair itโs self wouldnโt lock into the upright seating position as the locking mechanism is bent out of shape, also the side has scuff marks and a small rip (obviously been dropped) before packaging as the box and all packaging were in good condition. Not exactly a cheap item and definitely not worth the money if it come in the same condition as mine ABSOLUTE JOKE

Perfect gaming chair
My son was thrilled to get this chair - it assembled easily and connected to his Xbox without trouble. The sound is perfect for his room and allows him to either play his game or watch TV without disturbing anyone else. The size is perfect as well and it is a very comfortable chair. Great product!

Awesome choice for a home theatre/gaming setup! Your mileage may vary though...
In short, the product is absolutely awesome. The only part I do not like is the materials used. There will be a summary at the bottom of this review, so please check that to save yourself some time, then come back to the parts you need to read. I have purchased two of these chairs, and the two users (my Brother and myself) are two very different people. He is more midrange to above average weight, and I am definitely underweight. Also, he is more likely to spend an entire day in one of the chairs, as I usually spend my day on an iPad instead of using the TV. As a result, our two chairs are in much different condition. Unboxing/Setup: So, disappointingly, there is no fancy box with a design and whatnot, that you would want to keep. It just comes in a brown cardboard box. Oh well, it is not like it really matters. The assembly is quite simple, and it comes with the one tool you will need to do it. I used my own tools because I quite frankly, despise allen wrenches. Anyway, after you have screwed in the arm rests, and fastened the pin used to hold the seat up, followed by the velcro that does the same, you are pretty much ready to go. You just plug in the power for the chair, insert the batteries into the wireless transmitter (3x aaa batteries), ensure the chair and the transmitter are on the same switch, and you are ready to go. Thankfully, the chairs come with all the audio cables you could possibly need. Included in the box: -Chair -Wireless transmitter -Two Armrests -Allen wrench (to attach arm rests) -Plastic caps (To cover screw holes on the arm rests) -Long + Short aux cable -RCA cable -Headphone to RCA cable -RCA cable coupler (One red, one white) -Metal clip (to secure the chair in the opened position) -Power adapter TIP: The transmitter uses 3 aaa batteries, but it can also be hooked up to a power source. I bought one off Amazon. I don't 100% recommend it. One of my transmitters produces a really loud static noise from the power adapter, at times, but messing with the connection usually works. My spare transmitter works perfectly with it, so your mileage may vary. Audio quality: I have used Plex via my PS4 mainly as the source for audio/video, and I have found that the speakers are really good! One exception though. For certain movies, there is an audible extremely high pitch sound that comes through the speakers (lower than CRT level, but still quite high), and I have deemed that it was coming from the audio transmitter. Luckily, swapping to my spare transmitter worked wonderfully. In general, I think one of my transmitters is just plain messed up. If you find that the audio just sounds bad for some reason, I definitely recommend keeping a spare RCA cable plugged in to your TV for a quick swap. Playing video games with the chairs is also really awesome, because the vibration is actually really strong, but can get a bit uncomfortable at times. Luckily, the strength can be lowered. I generally keep the bass cranked up all the way however, which is luckily separate from the vibration strength. If you are going to be playing racing games, definitely turn down the vibrational strength, just so that when you are cruising along you are not receiving max strength vibrations all the way down the road. TIP 2 (IF you have two or more of these chairs): Use two of your transmitters to split the audio to the left and right chair. either use two RCA to headphone cables (each plugged into only one side of the RCA), or use a headphone to RCA, followed by two RCA to headphone adapters (Each plugged into one side of the RCA) to split the audio for the left and right chairs. This should make the sound more surround sound like, if your seats are right next to each other. TIP 2.5 (IF you followed Tip 2): Disable the middle speakers, to make the sound even more immersive, and that way if one of the chairs is leaned back more than the other, the person in said chair won't be destroying one of their ears, being right next to the speaker. Lets just say you should learn from other people's mistakes... Comfortability: The seats are really comfortable. I have even had friends that would rather sit in those chairs rather than my couch. The only thing I would have liked more would be if there was more cushioning throughout the seat, although it is far from uncomfortable. Longevity: The seats are made of vinyl, which is a pity, for such a hefty price tag, although I think the price is still worth it. I have had other vinyl chairs, that cracked extremely easily. I have not experienced any cracking luckily, but my robot vacuum always goes under the chairs, and over time, there is a part of the vinyl that is wrapped tightly against the support frame, and as my vacuum rubbed up against it for the past half a year or so, it has peeled a little. Read TIP 3 for the seating position that I have found helps the material last longer (or at least the cushion). Here is a tip that I researched about. DO NOT leave your chair in direct sunlight, or it will dry up. That will require you to use vinyl conditioner to help repair it. Maintaining the vinyl on your chair: -Keep it out of direct sunlight -Do not place the chair(s) near heat sources -Clean it as soon as it gets dirty -Use as little water to clean as possible TIP 3 (For, hopefully making your chair last longer): There is a large cushion on the base of the chair, that if you sit on will squish down really easily. My brother usually sits there, and over time, it has developed an indentation that will not go away anymore. The way I would recommend sitting in the chair would be as far in as you can. It puts more of the stress on the better supported cushioning, and as a result, my chair has little to no indentations in the cushion. Random things: What happens if I have multiple transmitters on the same channel? -The closer one will transmit audio properly, the further one doesn't do anything Is the wired audio quality better than wireless? -There is a tiny amount of latency on the wireless, but it is barely noticeable. Also, at times wired will sound better (Not 100% sure when) Summary: In short, this chairs are definitely worth the money, and it is important that you maintain the materials properly. To be honest, the only thing I have had to do is keep them out of direct sunlight, and as a result, they are still perfectly fine for now. Pros: -Awesome sound quality -Has built in vibration motor that can help make your movies/games more immersive -Comes with a wireless transmitter (That can be shared by as many chairs as you want, seemingly) -Really comfortable Cons: -You have to be more careful with vinyl upholstery (Read my maintenance tips under Longevity. Short form is, do not put it in direct heat, or sunlight, and it should already last longer) -Slight latency in the wireless audio (Not really a con, because it is minuscule, and I am just nitpicking) -One of my wireless transmitters works worse than the other (doesn't work well with my power adapter, headphone jack doesn't always plug in properly, resulting in a ton of static). The other one works perfectly in every case

Worth every penny
Fantastic chair. 4/5 for comfort as it's a bit stiff since they need to keep you off the sub/rumbler. As for the wooden structure bar that goes across the front of the seat doesn't affect me unless i'm sitting more foward but i'm usually leaned back. The sound is pretty good for being stereo but since i have it hooked up to my laptop in the headphone port i use razer surround sound to get virtual 7.1 and well.... it's amazing. 220$ chair 20$ program for the same(pretty damn close) sound as a $500+ surround system is a hell of a deal. Brings a whole new love to movies, i've watched 6 movies in the last 3 days and just can't get enough! Great chair. Highly recommend buying the 6.6ft cable adapter as the extra 2.6 feet make a massive difference for placement in any room
