Well written book improves with each edition
This book is comprehensive and well written. I know one of the authors personally, and he is the finest and most broadly experienced engineers I have ever met. I keep my copy in my office in case I need to refer to it.

Dense and in need of an Update
The book needs to be updated. Photos are from the 60s if not earlier. The figures are okay, but I've seen better in other textbooks. Overall, I think you can find better books on commercial construction at a fraction of the price of this one.
