$92 for this box sounds a little sketchy since i usually see these for around the $170 range so my question is are these factory sealed?

yes, and allways are in good condition. But im still atonish about the prices on this games are a little bit high more than it should for a game that is down. the price should go up more for the cards inside than the box

so this is for a case of cards 12 boxes?

No, it is a complete box of 24 individual packs, with 20 cards in each pack.

Is it 12 boxes or no? It states in details 24 packs of 20 cards per box. (12 box case)

One booster box. You will get one booster box of 24 card packs.

can you use the loot cards in the online game?

Loot cards can be used in the game, provided you redeem the card code in WoW/Battlenet site, the new code they provide has to be redeemed again in BootyBay in the game.
