Beautiful Hardware--Responsive TouchScreen--Brightness only So-so
- I just received my monitor which arrived earlier than expected. It took only 4 days to arrive. - The Philips monitor arrived in its own Philips labeled box rather than being a box packed inside an Amazon box. - The monitor was securely packed in the box. - The monitor had no signs of damage and no signs of previous use. It is a brand spanking new monitor. - The monitor DID NOT have an HDMI cord included. My Basic Needs When Shopping for a TouchScreen Monitor: o A Large TouchScreen monitor that can tilt up for when I choose to stand at my desk to work on my computer o A monitor with a strong stand that folds to near horizontal o A monitor with a cords management system that allows me to adjust height & physical configuration of the monitor without impacting or revealing cords o A touchscreen monitor that can be rotated into portrait mode when needed o A monitor with a touchscreen that is accurate and responsive to touch and behaves exactly as my smartphone touchscreen ****ALL OF THE ABOVE NEEDS REQUIREMENTS WERE MET BY THIS MONITOR**** Pros: * The monitor is pretty much plug-and-play. I connected the monitor to my laptop with the included USB-A-to-B cable and an extra hdmi cord I had. * I didn't have to download drivers or anything like that. My laptop immediately recognized I had an attached monitor. My laptop's settings allowed me to recognize the monitor as the primary monitor. I then used my laptop's display as a secondary extended display. * The screen is smooth glass from edge to edge and swipes feel nice * The stand moves very smoothly. You can grab the screen by its sides and swivel/adjust the monitor as necessary. * YouTube videos look amazing Cons: x My laptop is rated at 220nits and the PHilips monitor says 250nits in the description. However, the monitor doesn't appear to be as bright as my laptop screen. x Colors are a little off. whites are warmer than on laptop. x The speakers sound terrible. Just go with a better set of bluetooth speakers. Quirks: * Even though audio is supposed to be connected via HDMI, I noticed in my laptop's bluetooth settings that this monitor is available to be connected for bluetooth audio *

WOW: what a great value!
I needed a touch-screen monitor because of vision issues, so I did some hard searching before ordering this Philips touch-screen. It is terrific: very responsive to touch, fine color representation, a fairly slim bezel, and a sturdy stand that's infinitely (almost) adjustable... and all the right outputs, too. This monitor represented for me an excellent price point. I regret it does not have a mike or camera, since I do use it for video conferencing, but... well, I've plugged in an external one I already had, and we're getting along that way. I am completely satisfied (so far) with everything about this touch-screen monitor. I'll update if that changes, of course. At this point: highly recommend! P.S. Took me about 15 minutes to set up and was very well-packaged and protected. I did not install the cord-area cover - never could figure it out and decided I didn't really need it anyway.

Excellent for my application
The monitor is used for a specific application - a virtual organ system called Hauptwerk on a dedicated PC. The software presents various screens that show organ stops and the touch application is selecting and deselecting the different stops - as well as other actions. Since some organs have 60 or more points for selection on a screen - labeled - having a larger display (and 24 inch is largest I've been able to find at a reasonable price point) is what I was looking for. You want something heavy enough that it won't move when you poke at it - and this monitor is heavy. It is also easy to adjust for height and angle and works well with the limited space I have on a table beside the keyboards. All in all, a good choice for this application. I will say that the while there are speakers, they aren't very loud - I contacted support and we worked through the process of verifying that. One of the reasons I went with Phillips is my experience with a 32 inch monitor on my main PC. I've had it for years and, like the 24 inch, it has excellent color. Support was very responsive (I started by asking a question in Amazon).

Good monitor
I purchased this to run air manager, to show instruments for flight simulator. It was a little difficult to figure out how to get it running and calibrated in windows 10. Probably because it was the 4th monitor running on my computer, but is working great now. The shipping was fast and it was packed well. The stand seems real sturdy.

Delighted with this monitor
Used for makeshift home office due to COVID, has sensitive touch screen, nice folding stand. Beautiful colors and resolution. Videos very nice. Had loved my Acer touchscreen bought in 2015 on Amazon for my home office and told my husband he needed a touchscreen external.monitor like mine, but no Acer. Read all the reviews for different brands. This was mid range on price but had positive reviews. We use PCs which this monitor works with. Make sure you get monitor with compatibility for PC or Mac. Sound is nice quality as well. Used for business and therefore do not know about gaming.

Gosh still working, & I’m happy
I did some shopping but not a lot, I wanted a touch screen as the wife had this functionality and I use iPads but this was installed on a pc next to a Samsung so I knew they wouldn’t match in look/feel. I’d love to have two touch screens someday but the stupid Samsung hasn’t died yet after 4 years…This is a solid monitor and is helpful in photo editing and other multi monitor applications

Not anti-glare/The touch screen doesn't work with Windows 11
Update: The touch hasn't worked since i upgraded to Windows 11. My original Lenovo touch screen still works with Windows 11. Philips, we need a driver update! Despite what the description states, this monitor is a shiny glossy glass screen. It is very reflective. The anti-glare statement was the reason why I purchased this monitor as I already have a Lenovo 24" touch screen monitor that doesn't have an anti-glare coating. The stand is outstanding. Other than that, I just received the monitor and only set it up 10 minutes ago. I will try to remember to update this review.
