Yes, I've had better cases. But they cost 12 times as much.I snagged this for under five bucks on Prime day, and absolutely LOVE it for the price point.My only complaint is that it's a bit thick on the cover part, so without using the elastic strap to hold it shut, if you set it down with the heavier iPad part on the bottom, the top may not close enough to activate sleep mode.But I love the texture on the outside - rough, not smooth, so very easy to grip.The grooves in the cover to rest the iPad in for angled viewing are deeper than any I've ever seen on a cover before. That's good and bad - good, it means unlike the one I was using prior to this, it won't easily slip out of position on you if you turn around in bed or something. The bad, is that the cover is thicker then and this is what prevents sleep unless you lay it with the cover down and the iPad on top helping to weight it down enough to shut right.Small price to pay. The rotation works well, so being able to use this in either orientation while it's on the arm of my couch or the bed next to me is what made me buy this in the first place, and it works well.Absolutely best bang for the buck for any cover I've ever had...

I bought all three of my children replacement tablet covers. This one was the cheapest and by far the best. (The most expensive one is being returned as it started to fall apart during application).The tablet cover is seemingly well built with many features. It's auto shut off/sleep mode on close works well with only one problem described below. Case also has a strap to ensure closure. The tablet cover has a grooves to allow the tablet to stand at two different angles as well. Additionally, the tablet covers ability to rotate 360 allows for a less bulky came play. Amazingly, for the price, the case also came with a screen protector (plastic not glass).If I had to say anything bad about this cover it would be that the auto lock only works in one direction. With the 360 feature young users may not understand to check for correct placement when shutting and battery could drain which is the only reason I deducted a star.

ProsThe color is vibrant and eye-catching! I’ve received quite a few compliments on this cover! The inner plastic liner fits my iPad mini 4 perfectly.ConsWhen you close the cover, the device doesn’t automatically go into sleep mode like my other covers. There’s a delay, strangely enough, unless I forcefully slam the cover shut. This cover essentially hovers over the screen of my iPad and I have to manually turn off my iPad because this cover doesn’t rest flatly on the screen. This cover is bulkier than the average cover so there’s an obvious gap between the inner cover and the screen of my device.OverallI like this case but it can be improved to where I would LOVE it! The cover feels sturdy and the print is festive and fun but I wish the cover sat flush against my device screen. I also wish there was a hand strap or velcro strap to help keep the cover closed.

This case has some good features.The only negative thing with this case is keeping the iPad at the angle you choose.The 2 horizontal bump things at the bottom should be higher, because the iPad constantly slips down if you move the case.Other than that, it is an OK case.I have another iPad & case that has 2 sewed leather strips at the bottom, and it never slips.It is all about design.

I wanted a heavier case for my Ipad mini4 that had the sleep function. This replaced the Apple one. I like that I can change the direction of the tablet and still have it sit upright. It does go to sleep when it is closed and the black band keeps it nicely closed.Very happy with the product. It was shipped quickly too and I'm pleased with that as well.

This case seems very sturdy and well made (neat heavy stitching, smooth edges). I chose it specifically to use as a stand to prop my iPad in both directions and it does not disappoint--the grooves provided are deep and prevent any slipping. One tip: if you're finding that your iPad is not sensing when the cover is shut, and therefore is not auto-sleeping or auto-waking (as mine wasn't initially), make sure the elastic band is rotated to the outside of the cover. The band must be thick enough to block the magnet sensor when it's inside the cover, and simply moving it to the outside (even if you're not using it to keep the whole thing closed) was enough to restore the auto-sleep/wake functionality. One last note is that I chose the golden color, and it is truly golden, not really as yellow as the picture portrays. I actually prefer it!

To show I know how to put an Ipad in a cover - I have had 6 mini ipad covers for 3's and 4's. They all hold tight enough you have to carefully pry the ipad corners out to remove. Just bought a new Ipad Mini 4 and ordered this cover. The plastic part that holds the Ipad in place is not deep enough or cupped enough or ????. I could not take a picture that really showed the problem but it seems just a little too shallow and mostly does not "hook" the edge. Cover never did put Ipad to sleep.Cover is sturdy. Very nice color and I like it, but can't use it. Ipad drops out unexpectedly. Too much trouble to return - made a donation. Buy a more expensive one - I should have known it was too inexpensive.

For the price, I didn’t expect something bulletproof. But this is the least durable case I’ve ever purchased - and I’m not a big spender.As other reviewers have stated, the rubber surrounding the part holding the tablet started peeling off,. I wasn’t happy, but figured I could live with it. But last night, the vinyl fabric pulled away from the sides. It’s so poorly glued, that the rubber edging was all that had been holding it in place.If someone gives you one of these cases, take it, and plan to replace it in a few weeks. But unless you’re one of those people that doesn’t actually touch your tablet very often, and just need a dust cover, don’t waste a dime on it - it’s trash!

It is not a good fit for the old I pad it has only got small corner bits that hold it in place.

My iPad mini 4 fits in the case but it does not snap in. The case is warped so I have one corner that stays out of the case always. The outside is cute but the case is warped and not protective. My iPad can fall out easily.

These are seriously the best little cases for iPads! They turn 360% and have 2 stand positions. As it gets softer from use, I put a piece of Velcro on in front to stop from moving..They are washable (remove iPad first). Soap and water and a dish rack. Otherwise, easily wipeable on outside.

I like the pivoting and sturdiness of the case. Also, it looks amazing. You don't pay big bucks though (I buy one every 10-12 months), so do not expect it last forever. The color eventually comes off, and the rubber stretches. But the most important thing, device protection, lasts!

It's a great case and the one used by all members in family. Love the versatility and display option. Cover /stand allows me to place ipad on my lap to view and 360', let's me view for watching videos or reading.
