One of the best portable hand held vacuums that we've purchased. It has all the extra power and suction that none of the prior ones we've bought. I love the 2 speed options it has. A little pricier than others, but you get your bang for your buck on this one!

Product was well packaged and arrived quickly in excellent condition. I like the new model. It appears to be well designed and works great. I have used it twice and it’s done a fine job. I’m pleased with the outcome and it’s easy to use, clean out, recharge, and store for the next chore. A thumbs up!

Updated after a few years of use and after having used two other hand vacs at similar price points. Originally rated this a 3-star but changed to 4. In other words, I’ve collected more data and reset my expectations to be commensurate with the price point/quality of this product relative to a few others. Great: The high suction mode works well. It’s a robust/durable vacuum compared to others in this price range I’ve tried since purchasing it a few years ago. Also, it’s proven to be a lot more robust/durable than I had expected (refer to the “Tip” part of this review). Neutral: Battery life is ok, about 20 mins of continuous use on high power. Roughly 3-4 hours to charge from zero. If charged and left unused, it seems to hold/maintain the full charge for ~3-4 weeks before there’s any need for a “top-off” charge. Room for improvements: The location of the waste hatch latch lends itself to getting bumped during normal use and is sensitive enough to immediately drop the hatch and dump its contents all over. The rubber flap which keeps the contents of the waste been from falling out of the suction tube tore off after a few uses. it’s been ok without it as long as I return the vac to upright before turning it off. Tip: I do not recommend buying the cheaper, generic substitution filter replacements. I do recommend getting the brand name filters which came with the vacuum. They are higher quality, last longer, and they fit better to form a seal between the waste chamber and the motor than the cheaper substitute filters. The two generic substitute filters I’ve purchased and tried with this vac didn’t form a tight enough seal between the waste compartment and the fan/motor/exhaust. It created an unpleasant situation (massive clouds of dust exhausted out through the fan/motor) and could easily have damaged the vacs internal components. That’s another reason I added a star - the vacuum runs very well even after the internal components were filled up with dust/dirt from two (generic substitute) filter failures.

As you can see by the wear and tear, this thing gets a lot is use. Other than the couple scratches, it works the exact same as it did when I got it almost 2 years ago- amazingly!! We use this almost daily, and don’t have to charge it super often. The suction is great, with a low and high setting. Low is good, high is great. As you can see in the video when I switch it to high, I don’t have to aim perfectly for it to easily suck up pieces of cat food. Even on the clingy rug under my kitchen table, it picks up dirt (any spots it didn’t clean well were crusted food residue upon further inspection). Could not recommend this vacuum enoguh, I’ve had other handhelds and this one is my favorite with its large capacity, strong suction, and good battery life! I actually just bought another one for my mom because she loves mine.

It’s perfect for my needs, it has great suction and I bought to pick do quick vacuum of furniture. I have cats and it is really so much easier to clean chairs and stair case. Hate bringing out the bulky vacuum cleaner. Great suction and easy to empty. It’s light weight and easy to handle. The battery’s life is good and recharges quickly, I have not used it over 30 minutes at a time.

Purchased May 2025 , It started making loud noises so I called customer service after going back and forth with them I was told they were sending me a new motor to install . That was in March, I’m still waiting for it. I Tried to call customer support again to see where it is was not able to connect with them.

I have been using this vacuum for 4 months now in our camper. It works well on hard as well as carpeted surfaces. We have 42 square feet of carpet and about 60 square of hard surface. I can vacuum all surfaces once through on high power before I need to empty the dirt bin. it has a large bin that collects larger items such as small pebbles and has a plastic as well as a soft fiber filter. Both are very easy to clean. I have not yet washed the soft fiber filter because tapping tends to clean it out well enough. I then go back and vacuum a second time and still pick up as much dirt, dust and hair as the first time. After the second cleaning on high power, the vacuum power is down to 1 bar. This is probably after about 15 minutes of running time, which is plenty of time to clean twice. It takes about 30 minutes to charge fully. The wand is useful in tight spaces. The only negatives about this is vacuum design is that I sometimes inadvertently turn it off because the handle is close to the on/off switch. It would also be nice to be able to charge it via 12 volt. Both are minor issues. All in all i am pleased with my purchase

This vacuum works well but it is (very) noisy. It is easy to clean the filters. It is light and well made. Recommended.
