This cooking splatter screen has been a great addition to my kitchen. It fits nicely over my cast iron pans and does an excellent job of blocking grease and oil from splattering all over the stove and countertops. I especially like that it still allows steam to escape so food cooks properly while keeping the mess contained. The handle stays cool enough to grab and the screen itself feels sturdy and well made. Cleanup is simple too, I just rinse it off or toss it in the dishwasher.

The screen works perfectly for your frying pans fits all different sizes. Very sturdy fits perfectly. The size will cover just about any pan you have. Very versatile and the material seems very strong and heat resistant handle doesn’t get hot.

One downside is that it can be a little annoying to clean if grease builds up in the mesh, so you’ll want to rinse it fairly soon after using it. Also, if your pan is larger than 13 inches, coverage won’t be perfect. Overall, it’s a simple tool, but it works well and makes cooking less messy. Definitely worth having if you fry food regularly.

This BergKoch splatter screen is very nice and extremely versatile. The handle is sturdy and heat resistant, which makes it comfortable and safe to use while cooking. It feels well made and holds its shape without bending. Beyond using it as a splatter shield for frying, I’ve also used it as a grease and water drainer, a strainer, and even a cooling rack. good quality splatter screen, a little bigger than I thought. Great price for the item alone but the shipping cost was more than 4 times the price of the item. Maybe it was shipped in a private jet or on a yacht
