The quality is high and it smells powerful and tasty. I added to my coffee and it turns just amazing. The product is fresh. I size of the jar is small and I think it is little bit pricey.

Good pods

Just got this 2 oz bottle (bottle is plastic, not glass) of green cardamom pods. Never tried it before. Unfamiliar with using it. It came in a padded envelope and was extra wrapped with a plastic wrap and Rani sticker. The contents smell pleasant and kind of menthol-ish. First taste was different from what I'm normally used to. The seeds come out of pod easy enough while chewing on the pod. Seeds are hard but not like a jawbreaker. Easily broken by my teeth. Pod is not unpleasant to chew. Texture is like chewing a piece of grass or clover until the sweetness is gone. After all the flavor was out of the pods, I spit it outbuti read you can eat the pod husk. The pod has a citrus like flavor. I will try making a tea with the pods later. I'm glad I bought. Like I mentioned, smelling the contents is menthol to medicinal but mild. The flavor being citrus-like is pleasant too. It is not as strong as biting on the rind of a grapefruit or orange though. I'm also going to make something that has cardamom in it. I expect to like it. I did some reading on cardamom and the benefits made me want to try it out.

I've just gotten a replace from another brand, and between the two, these were better, so I will buy these next time for a few dollars more. The other has lots of discolor and a portion of empty pods, with others busted open. This one was uniform, green and whole.

It's of good quality, smells and tastes great. It'll last me a long time too, because there's a ton of pods in there.

I’m not a connoisseur on cardamom. However, I found the aroma, taste & freshness lovely! Love it freshly ground in my coffee, fruit breads, entrees & much more.

Very fresh and green opposite to other merchants old and dry stuff. Little pricy for me since I use it on daily basis with my hot Tea, but its best cardamom (Hail) I've purchased so far in last 2 years. Hint... I wish that the shop owner would give little discount on buying multiple Jars. Thank you for providing a decent quality and fresh product.

Hello, I previously purchased this same cardamom product and it was excellent, with large pods and very good quality. The package I received recently is still good quality, but the pods are much smaller than before. I do not want to return the product. I only wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you can look into this matter and maintain consistency in future orders. Thank you
