Do the decals peel off?

They are not stickers. It's screen print on vinyl. It would take a chemical remover or extremely heavy wear to remove them. Eyes are the same way. These are not dollar store ponies, they are of the same construction and quality as the larger singular toys. Any removal would have to be intentional in some manner.

Are theses hard plastic or soft plastic like a rubbery feel

has anyone tried wetting their hair and curling it with rollers? or a different technique to curl it? how did it go??? 💗

Yes! The crazy box hair is fixable with conditioner, warm water, and curling around a plastic coloring marker or wrapping the hair around the body. Some needed trimming because the hair was uneven lengths. As they are out of the box, like another reviewer noted, they would not be so fun to play with because of the messed up hair.
