Great factory replacement
2 year update. This contactor has been running great in south texas heat for 2 years now. Would recommend for a factory replacement. Lasted longer than the original that came with our carrier unit!

Easy install...screw holes align up to mount...accommodates different wire connections.
Bolted right up on my 3 ton Goodman unit--mounting holes match.Nice as it has both types of connections for 220vac side--take your pick: (1) insert wire and pinch with a screw type and (2) standard HVAC lug push-on connectors (faston). My unit had (1) for the incoming power and (2) for the outgoing power. The 24vac coil lines are standard fastons.Nice and quiet operation. The old would buzz (even when new)

A - OK
I used it on my 3 ton ac unit all spring/summer 2024 it worked good no problems at all.It looks to be well made also. The noise level got better than after I replaced the old contactor. I like to replace my contactor every 3/4 years so I'll try to update.

Worth every penny on a hot summer day
I have learned over my life that the air conditioner will only break one time a year; on the hottest/coldest day of the year. Sure enough, Murphy's Law didn't let me down. My 3 ton heat pump unit stopped working on a 117 degree day in Phoenix, and the house quickly became stifling. Fortunately I had purchased the Migro 2 Pole 40 AMP Definite purpose contactor, 2 to be exact. I used one roughly a year ago, and I still have a back up in the event I need one. I inspect the contactor every year before it gets unbearably hot. So far the Migro contactor doesn't chatter, there's no slop, and it pulls in tightly when the coil is energized. I strongly encourage you buy one, or actually two. I have no regrets buying this two pack as the knowledge of having with a contactor in the event I need one is very reassuring. I recommend you to also have a back up fan and run capacitor(s), as they two will pop on very hot/cold days, and no one wants to experience that while having to them delivered, have some company over-charge you, or worse - knowing that for 45 bucks you could be up and running, but because you didn't buy these, now you're at the mercy of others.

Worked on my air conditioner
I'm so happy Amazon has a section for these. Once I researched what was wrong with my air conditioner I ordered this part and it was here in a few days and now my air conditioner is working again

Easy swap out part
This part's screw holes aligned with the old part (Trane unit), the stabs were the same and aligned for easy swap out, I had to cut off the original terminals for the 120v power leads and use the compression screws on this unit, but no problems there either. 10 minute swap out.
