I purchased this horsehair braid to attach to tule to add a layer to my daughter’s wedding reception dress. The tule was extra fabric purchased from the bridal store. It was a great way to incorporate the wedding dress into the reception. The braid was ample and easy to sew. Good purchase! I had no issues applying the braid.

This worked really well for adding some structure to my wedding dress hem. There were a few places where the braid was ripped or warped, but it worked well with a little finagling. It was just the right stiffness to add shape without being too obvious.

Quality and size .

This is great value for the money, however this horsehair braid does not have the gathering thread so it is really only suitable for straight hems without a bunch of extra work.
