Is this 100% arabica?

This blend is almost all Arabica, there is still a light percentage of Robusta to increase creaminess

Do these work with delonghi ecp3 series

The Delonghi ECP3420 definitely has a special portafilter for E.S.E pods. You can see these pods in one of the photos they provide. Amazon has it online. I don't know for sure about other ECP machines but the 3420 definitely would let you use the Caffe Mercanti pods. I hope this helps.

How do these do producing a foam or crema on the coffee?

It produces a beautiful, smooth foam. I love these pods. I thought I might be trading taste and aroma for convenience but not so. This product produces a delicious cup and is well priced.
