I seldom rate products unless they are very good or very bad. The NEENCA Knee Brace is EXCEPTIONAL. This is the first flexible knee brace I have found that provides excellent support and comfort during physical activities. It has made a significant difference in my comfort level and enables me to resume our hiking trips with confidence. This is a definite must-have for anyone seeking reliable knee support during active pursuits.

I rarely leave reviews, but am so pleased with this brace, I had to. I ordered for my son who has osgood schlatters and a knee injury on top of the OS. It fits perfect. It seems super well made. He says it is comfortable, super supportive, and really helps alleviate some of the pain and pressure on his knee. The compression is great without being too tight. The gel ring sits perfectly around his knee cap and protects the area right underneath it that needs to be protected. It’s easy for him to get on and off quickly. It’s literally perfect. I’m so glad we got it! He’s worn it to two intense practices (AAU bball) and I haven’t seen him pulling on it at all- it stays in place super well. We’ve only had it about a week, so I can’t speak to the durability or if it helps in the long run, but so far, so good!For size reference- he is 5’2, 102 lbs, wears YXL clothing, we ordered an adult small in the brace.

I bought this for my husband. It came as described. He liked the knee brace, said it was comfortable, fits well, and stays in place. The compression is good and not too tighy and it suports his knee. The material is nice. It's supposed to be breathable but he said he gets hot when wearing it, unlike the neoprene knee brace he usually wears. Shipping was good and it arrived on time.

I’ve been dealing with knee pain for a while, so I picked up this brace hoping it would help—and it actually does. It’s comfortable, fits well, and doesn’t slide around like others I’ve tried. I noticed less pain when walking and going up stairs, which was a big relief. It isn't bulky under clothes, but honestly worth it for the support. Definitely a solid buy if your knee’s been bothering you. Worth the price, super stretchy and offers great compression.

Bought this following total knee replacement lateral procedure. The IT Band was very tight and same with tendons and nerves in lower leg. This product provided help with edema and effusion. Surprisingly, it provided a significant stability in my knee (left/right). Very pleased with the brace--construction, fit, and benefit.

This is a great compression knee brace. My wife has Cerebral Palsy and fell in the shower in September. (Yes, we have a sturdy handrail and she uses a shower chair) After that, she went to an orthopedic doctor, and found out that she had really bad inflammation in her knee. The doctor had given her a steroid shot that lasted 2 weeks and another type of knee brace was recommended to her.However, that knee brace wasn’t really helping her with the pain.Although her inflammation pain has improved, her knee has still been hurting as it heals.As soon as she put on this compression knee brace, her pain decreased significantly. She was able to walk normally around the house, and was even able to get up and down the ramp outside our house with very minimal help.Prior to getting this brace, she could barely walk because the inflammation was so bad.She says this brace is easy to get on and off, and it is comfortable to wear all day. (She does not sleep in it)Although she still has a ways to go before her knee is completely better, this knee brace has made things so much easier for her!It’s definitely worth the price. It doesn’t slip down at all, although some reviews here say that it does. She has not had any issues with it coming off. She wears leggings mostly, and although it fits under leggings, it is a little noticeable.Make sure you measure to get the right size. Otherwise, it will be too tight and will be uncomfortable.She says she really likes the gel pad in the middle, and she’s happy that this brace offers support and compression all the way around the knee.

Me la pidió mi hermana que sufre un esguince de rodilla, y solo al ponersela ya empezo a notar alivio ya que le duele mucho, haber con el paso de los dias, pero la primera puesta muy bien

Compré esta rodillera por la cantidad de opiniones positivas que tenía. Sin embargo, no se adapta a mis necesidades... Tengo luxaciones recurrentes de rótula y compré esta rodillera para utilizarla durante la práctica deportiva (pádel), pero no se adapta a los movimientos, reduce la movilidad y aprieta tanto que me produce dolor al flexionar las piernas. No me parece nada cómoda.
