Great Reference
Book arrived on time (in near new condition). While this edition is similar to the 3rd (all the problems and examples are the same) there is additional programmable information indexed in the book. The book provides a great desk reference too!

This book is good, but it didn't cover post hoc tests well
This book is good, but it didn't cover post hoc tests well. Post hoc tests are an essential part of the practice of ANOVA or Regression. Without them type 1 error increases substantially.

A must for applied researchers
An updated version of the classic. Superbly well-organized and well-written. A must for applied researchers in any filed and should be for data scientists too.

The book is not a good book for this topic
It was written by a psychologist so he uses notations a bit differently than used in statistics. Exercises are very stupid and poorly designed (instead of asking you to do something, it asks to list the steps you'd use to do it...). And lastly, it has some mistakes.

I asked for something...
and I got much more than I have asked for. Great book with many details. It covers all it is needed for students willing to do serious work with experimental design.
