Is this the actual hottest hot sauce?

This sauce does not contain much chili extract so you can actually taste the carolina reaper pepper flavor. It has a very high natural heat level and will last about 5-10 minutes, it is painful. If you are used to novelty extract containing sauces then this is not for you. If you love searing heat and flavor, this sauce is excellent. One of my favorites because it has high heat and flavor, not that novelty chemical extract flavors in other sauces.

How come no other hot sauces made me poop the next day like this one? I've had hotter and this didn't happen.

what is the scoville rating

The scoville rating is 2.2 million for Carolina but do you mean what’s the scoville thing ? It’s a measure of how hot a pepper is. It’s done by using a taste comparison from how many times the pepper has to be “cut” by sugar water till it no longer causes heat. The stronger the amount of hot the more times the pepper will have to be halved by sugar water. Hope this helps.
