I didn't think I had any balding or thinning hair issues until I saw a picture of myself that was taken recently. So I starting taking these pills twice a day as instructed and have started to notice a lot of baby hair growth, in addition my nails are incredibly hard and strong, the use to break often. These pills really do work, I would give it 5 stars but the only reason I don't is because the picture states 60 capsules and you really get 30 capsules (a two week supply). It should be stated somewhere in the description or photo, other than that they do work and recommend these to anyone who has thinning hair or starting to bald in any areas.

The pills are easy to swallow

I have no idea why but my hair seemed to fall out more than before after taking these pills. When I took them they have a yellow die and every time I went to the bathroom my urine was that color. I did not notice any improvement after taking these supplements. I guess everyone is different.
