Money maker
This work just as it should. They go bad from time to time, but that is to be expected when working with bleach. They’re cheap enough. You can buy a new one each year. They are a money maker

Works as advertised. Solid construction. No Leaks.
Installed the Mingle Injector on my Greenworks 2000psi pressure washer. I added an M22 to 3/8 quick connect set between the pistol grip and the extension wand. These match the 3/8 quick connects bundled with the Mingle Injector. Take care to observe the flow arrow on the injector valve when attaching the quick connects to it. The smooth barrel of the injector is on the output side of the valve. The water has to flow in the direction of the arrow for the injector to work. Now I can pop off the wand, connect the injector rig, and put the wand onto that. That keeps the chemical/soap only in the wand, and not in the long hose leading from the pump to the pistol grip. With the additive bucket at my feet I can keep an eye on the amount in the bucket and the rate of take up. I added some lug nuts and washer around the hose at the take-up end to help keep the take-up filter at the bottom of the bucket. You may need to adjust the injector valve knob if you change out nozzles. Works best with the soap nozzle bundled with the Mingle Injector.

Missing Components
This product was purchased a couple of years ago and I simply put it away after receiving it, never used it. At that time I also purchased a new pressure washer, and simply decided to use the built-in chemical injector of the new pressure washer. Recently, I decided to use this injector and it was not working properly. I decided to inspect the ball and spring chamber. When I opened it, I discovered that the ball, spring, and O-ring were all missing. For me, and with the amount of time that has passed, it's way beyond a return issue. I wish that they had repair kits available to purchase for these puppies. As for the unit itself, it's a sturdy, solid brass, well-built product, so it probably does a good job otherwise. For anyone that decides to purchase one, my suggestion would be to unscrew the barb from the main body and make sure that the ball, spring and O-ring are actually in the unit before you put it away. Do this shortly after receiving it, so that you can make a timely return if necessary.

Nice Addition to Pressure Washer
My very old honda engine has a soap injector for the pump but it worked poorly or not at all even with the black nozzle. Very frustrating so I bought this Mingle unit. This injector worked straight out to the box and can really produce a high suction rate even with a 2.5 hp / 2.5 gpm machine. Make sure you put at least 4-5 turns of Teflon tape (clockwise) onto the threads. Even then I had a small leak, but placing it in a vise while re-tightening, it stop the leaks cold. I'll need to experiment to see what the best setting is for the adjustable flow control but I am very happy with purchase.Update: I now have used it multiple times but determined my initial report was not lasting. While it is working well now, I had to replace the male-end quick connect with a new brass one which does not leak when moving the hose around and I inserted a #5 rubber washer inside the valve to keep the metal ball bearing from closing off the hose intake hole completely preventing detergent from being siphoned. The ball bearing in the valve is necessary so water does not suction hose water into the detergent container, but it can also block off the inlet hole to the sprayer wand unless something else prevents it. A small filter screen would work the best, but I could not locate one small enough so I used a rubber washer. It is just a bit larger than the inside diameter of the valve stem, but seems to keep the ball in the top half of the valve where it is needed.

Soap port stopped working
Without notice, the soap port on my pressure washer completely stopped working — this assembly is the quick fix and an upgrade at the same time — the ability to dial in the amount of solutions injected is an awesome upgrade and either saves money on the solutions by dialing it down or time by dialling it up for a quicker heavier wash — the included longer inlet hose and the filter to fit on it are also a nice upgrade — I wouldn’t have thought to look for something like this if I didn’t need a solution to my problem — it worked out well because of the extra options this assembly provides — currently washing about 150’ of 6’ high Cedar plank fence — now I can easily change the amount of soap applied according to the condition of the woodupdate 9/23/24: this worked great the 1st time I used it -- the 2nd attempt didn't go so well -- it just didn't suck up any solution -- after I finished the job which was the fence mentioned above (surgeries and separately a broken shoulder got in the way) I took it apart and found the little check valve metal ball was corroded and not round any more -- I tried to clean it up -- that was wasted effort -- it didn't work as a check valve anymore -- when the pump is on water dribbles out of the supply tube instead of being stopped by the ball -- when I change the tip to the soap tip it still doesn't suck up any solution -- I thoroughly rinsed it out after the 1st use of fence cleaner that didn't have any bleach in it -- if the ball had been stainless I would most likely still be able to use it -- I will keep my eye out for a replacement ball and update again if I get it to work

Works great when you understand the working principle.
I wanted to use it with 75 feet of hose from a 40 foot cherry picker but found that the back pressure of the hose prevented the valve from opening. However, by moving the chemical injector to the gun and placing a 5 gallon bucket of soap/bleach solution within reach of the included 10 foot vinyl tubing it works perfectly. Simply slip the tubing off the injector for more freedom of movement when using the high pressure tips. The adjustable feed works well too. At its max setting it will empty a 5 gallon bucket in minutes. The generous supply of quick release fittings also allows me to configure hose length as required. It's a good product at a reasonable price.
