Yes I have the Red Sea 32 gal cube and it works great in there

Will this skimmer fit in the middle chamber of a JBJ 32g nanocube?

I have mine in the second chamber of my jbj 45 and another in the second chamber of my IM 25 lagoon so I don’t see why not

What is the footprint of this skimmer?

The foot print is tricky to say straight because the pump sticks out the side of the skimmer but if you have about 3x5in of space with about 8inches of depth should be fine. If it is a specific tank or sump I could give a better answer on wether it would fit.
