Great condition! Very happy with purchase. The book wasn't written in and pages weren't worn or bent. Back cover was wrinkled but it's no bother.. nothing was ruined and the book is great.I've taken a medical billing class with no book and this book looks to be VERY helpful, as I'm able to understand a lot just by skimming through it!

This book is clear and explains exactly the information I need with plenty of case studies to brush up skills. Other textbooks I had were too complex/difficult to navigate.

If you are getting this book as a self-study, you will NOT be able to use the online tools. Cengage stopped accepting self-studiers 6 months ago. I wish there had been more of a disclosure regarding this. I was looking forward to using the SimClaim tool as this would have been a great tool in learning to fill out claim forms. I was told by Cengage that this book would not be as beneficial without the online tools. Knowing this, this book is overpriced without those tools.

The book is nice but I was looking for something in more depth. It has all the basic information.
