Theres a significant quality difference here between other brands. And I don't know why. Theyre all 200mg l theanine with suntheanine. This brand just has the best calming and relaxing effects. So yes, dish out the extra cash for better quality if you can. If not, just make sure whatever brand you're getting mentions suntheanine
