Will this work on yellow flies?

I haven’t seen any “yellow” flies in my area, but my guess is that this trap doesn’t discriminate based on colour. Baby flies like it, as well as the big juicy green ones. If your yellow flies like stink, they’ll get sucked in (not literally, of course).

Do these traps work for black flies?

These trap hundreds of flies. I never check the colors. My yard is fly free and livable.

Has anyone used to get rid of horse flies?

Only thing I’m catching is common house fly and nats, but I’m in panhandle of Florida.
