Philips Sonicare Airfloss Pro Rechargeable Water Flosser, HX8472/03 2 Nozzles

This is a wonderful product from Philips. It meets the requirement of cleaning teeth from even fibrous food particles which get stuck in in between teeth and are very difficult to remove by conventional means. These particles if not cleaned infect our gums resulting in associated problems of pain and foul smell from mouth. Reg Cons :- water capacity need to be doubled for avoiding filling after every 2-3 mts of use. Rechargeable battery capacity looks to be good, but hopefully it would have a life of at least 4-5 years.

Easy to use, works as intended. This product emits a jet of water mixed with air, so it needs less water compared to other similar products. Still the water tank is very small, you would need to refill atleast 2 times during each use for effective use.

It is a a costly item but worth it. This flosser is better than water based flosser as air plus water based mechanism removes hidden food particles which are left even after inter dental brushing. .Flip side is that water storage capacity is miniscule. It may be because water spray is supplemented with air.

I have problems with two of my teeth, food always gets stuck in between them and when I use floss I need a lot of pressure to get it in between the teeth which in the end leads me to push the food rests down to the gums first to even get in between. This hurt the gums and resulted in an inflammation. I purchased this product to remove the plaque from between the teeth without having to use floss because of the before mentioned reason. I'm very disappointed because even if I use this flosser multiple times on the same location, it doesn't remove the food rests at all. I still need to use floss afterwards! This flosser is more like a gimmick, don't expect it to remove any plaque!

I love using this product. Thick enough with textured sides for a good grip. Light and easy to use. My gums are healthier now that I blast the debris that lodges between the teeth. No more injuries from sharp toothpicks and interdental brushes. Just pop of the nozzle for easy portability when traveling.

Allowed to check and pay COD. Not bad as was not made to feel unworthy or inferior customer for using cash for payment. I can see sense at the end of the tunnel....!!! Machine is not battery operated... It has charger that the floss sits or stands on.

Mind blowing product by Philips it keeps your teeth clean. It removes gum bleeding from teeths properly it’s awesome freature of burst mode and air flosser is gives proper pressure of air and water. It is very nice product

Dislike The reservoir has the smell of plastic in the water that comes in your mouth. I bought similar Philips product from Toronto Canada and it didn’t had any smell from day one.

This is a really good piece of kit. Recommended to me by my dentist I purchased this power flosser. It really works. Not only does it blast all the bits of food from between your teeth (as it should) but I tend to get a build up of plaque behind my front teeth - both top and bottom - using this twice daily on it has stopped it from reappearing following a clean up by my dentist. Highly recommended!

Took a bit of getting used to as natural reaction is to watch what it achieves but when using liquid ( water or mouthwash) you make a mess. Follow the instructions properly and all goes well. I prefer to use it with no liquid but my husband opposite. You really can see when just using air how much is left between your teeth even after brushing.

Dentist told me to get it as I got a hard to floss spot that was getting really bad. I fill it with mouthwash as air doesn't quite have the punch I need. With mouthwash (or water) its very good.

I am so upset and disappointed with Philips, this product is not to their normal high standard. I am more annoyed that I also purchased 2 one as a gift for my dad. This just does not do the job it states. I even flossed my teeth first before use. But by the evening or the same day, you have to floss again for it to do anything. Basically pointless!! Just floss and use mouthwash. This is a total waste of your money. I’m gutted at my dad never opened his, though no option to return

I bought it after my first hygienist appointment. Seems to be working very well. I will update you at my next appointment after I heard what she thinks of my flossing. She wasn't impressed the first time she saw me >D
