Arrived well packaged when delivered to Hawaii. Most sellers, particularly Amazon, poorly package items and things arrive damaged. I give this to my child when fear overwhelms him, nightmares, school, and the like. It usually takes care of his fears in about 5 minutes and he can function without issue.

easy to use in whatever you are drinking.
I have used many of the Bach Flower remedies since 1979. This one is for fear. I put a couple drops in what I am drinking for example my glass of water. Go to the web site in England to learn more about Dr. Bach and the other drops.
