do these have spacesense or a montion sensor ?

Your question doesn't apply to these Wiz bulbs. They connect via wifi to the app on your phone. You control them from the app.

Do I need to keep the switch on to turn the light bulb off/on with the phone app?

Yes, the switch needs to be on. I use the bulbs to set up automatic on/off tines so that I never need to manually turn them on

Can this be used in an enclosed fixture? i know it's unsafe to put some led's inside of an enclosed fixture.
