Looking for a mug with a secure lid that doesn't leak....has anyone who has purchased this cup had issues with leaking?

I hope someone talked you out of this mug. The lid does NOT screw on, so when a hot beverage is in the mug, steam builds up (because you have the lid all closed to prevent spillage) and bam! Off flies the lid spilling very hot drinks! With cold drinks there is no problem. The lid is secure. In fact it is hard to remove unless you open the drinking part for air to release the suction!

How many ounces of liquid will the 20 ounce tumbler actually hold?

It holds only 16 ounces! With the lid in place, 16 ounces of liquid comes right up to the bottom of the lid. I did measure it with a measuring cup (twice) just to be certain. It will hold 20 ounces only if you fill it right to the rim. This seems to be the case with EVERY stainless steel insulated tumbler available for sale under every brand I have tried, and it's very aggravating. I'd like to find an insulated tumbler that actually holds 20 oz. with the lid on!

Does this have a non slip silicone base?

No it does not but I like the cup.

Do yeti lids (with the magnet slider) fit this tumbler?

The Yeti mag lids do fit this tumbler. I prefer the magnet lid as its easier to clean. You can purchase separately (either Yeti or generic). I bought the generic lid and it’s identical except it doesn’t say YETI on the magnet.
