Beautiful watch!

It did take me a while to figure out the clasp but once I did, it was super easy to adjust and stay closed. For those who are having issues with it, the screwdriver goes where the arrow is, (It's not there to unscrew a screw) move it up and it'll lift the locking mechanism, then once you've got it where you want it, either use the screwdriver to push it back down, or just use your fingers to push it down, and it will stay. At first when I was trying to close the clasp I was trying to lift the hook to put it in place, which didn't work. If you just push down you'll hear a click and that will make the clasp stay closed.

Love this watch. It was a little difficult to figure out how to adjust the band, but once I got it, all was good. The only downside is that it seems to like to pull out the little hairs on my arm. :)

This is a beautiful watch! I absolutely love the black with the flowers! I'm just not huge fan of the clasp.

This is a very pretty watch and a good buy for the price. Little learning curve figuring out the clasp though!!

I can't figure out how to adjust the clasp. There's a tiny screwdriver tool with it, but there's no screw to use it on. The clasp seems to be welded or glued on, and I can't seem to make it move. When I ordered this watch, I assumed it would be a magnetic clasp, like I've had on several other mesh watch bands. Those adjust easily. I'll just have to take this as a loss and find another one with a magnetic clasp. Too bad, because it's a pretty watch.

I bought this in sept. Lost track of where it was packed for the move. 7-2-22 found it. Very hard to adjust to my wrist size. Nothing seemed to lock in place. Per photo clasp keeps flopping open it won’t lock down. Watch is pretty but it’s going fall off and be lost. Needs better clasp.Update 10-26-22 wanted to adjust band to smaller. Entire clasp fell off. It would not lock back on. So watch can’t be worn. Tried yo reach product support for company got a warning message page not there same thing clicking on contact us. So no help there.
