I have been into electronics for awhile. Building ghetto blasters in cars and home theater systems in my home. I don't do it professionally it is just a hobby of mine. I could be considered some what of an expert. My music of choice in hip hop which has a lot of bass and can punish speakers. If you are trying to put these in a sub box in your car with a powerful amp you will probably blow them or they will sound like crap.For a house speakers they are great. I hooked them up in series to make them 8 ohms and they sound great. I purchase some Seismic dual 15" cabinets. The cabinets are decent build quality but the speakers are terrible. A good speaker can produce deep bass at low volumes. When I put these Pyle Speakers in the cabinets it was night and day. I could hear the deep bass at low volumes.These speakers have a 95oz magnet compared to the 50oz magnet speakers they replaced. Most of the 8 ohms house speakers on Amazon have around a 70oz magnet and cost a lot more than these Pyle speakers.Bottom Line: Good house speakers Not so good car speakers

Great Subs for Adding Some bass to any car audio system. The subwoofers are nicely put together very solid and durable. You really can't beat the great price for 15in subs. I have them wired down to 2 Ohms On My Hi Fonics Brutus Amp.

Nice price but they are not worth it!!! I fried all 4 in less than a hour with a 2000 watt class d Belva amp!!! Big waste of time and money! Very disappointed!!! Will not spend my money or time with them anymore!!!

Still waiting On my 4th speaker to get here.=recieved 1 Box with 2 in it. Then another box A couple of days later with l in it. And now im waiting on the fourth one. They seem to handle the power ok but the plastic baskets seem to have a rattle to them. But it could be the enclosure. They hit tho. For the price, i dont think any other company can get close to what pyle is doin. They were a good and reputable company a while ago when i was in high school. Its good to see them putting stuff out that even poor people can afford. If you tune your amp right i dont think theyll give u any problems.

I got six on a overdrive amp 7500watts they doing ok not bad for the money at all!!

I think kinda funny the people that gave it bad review because they blew them up complain they must hooked it up wrong because I been running pyle for years and beat most my friends system spend 1/4 what they spent I got 3 15s hooked up to 6000w amp atv1.3 ohms have zero problems just gotta look up how your gonna wire them up ever appication different every thing you have take in count from settings on amp to deck setting do your research before hooking up subs or pay professional so dont end up with paper weight like others.

Hits better than I thought they would. Love them. Slowly break them in.
