Great product. Very easy to wire! Feels heavy duty!!!

I bought this female plug along with the corresponding male plug for a piece of test gear that I am using. I was installing on 10 AWG SOOW wire which is very heavy but by removing the additional wire clamps on the plugs I was able to get a good connection. I would say that 10 AWG is probably the max wire size that can be used with these plugs. Anything less will also work fine. Comparable to the top brands, these plugs are designed and constructed more cheaply to be price competitive but will work fine in less severe environments. For heavy duty use consider the brand name plugs first.

Easy install. I burned out the end of a 10 ga 100' extension cord for my pool pump. Installation was a breeze. I run my pool pump 24/7 all summer long and this plug end has held up fine in the summer heat going on a few years now.

Not cheap but worth the money.

Easily replaced my old female plug with this one. Seems heavy duty.
