Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Board Sound Book and Plush Toy - PI Kids Board book – Sound Book, October 27, 2009

As many others have said the buttons aren't working the one that plays the song isnt making any sound and the other two hardly make a sound at all. I cant seem to find a way to contact the seller and the only option is to get a refund and return this item no option for replacement. I was planning to gift this item for xmas so its a shame its not working.

This is a cute pairing of the story and plush toy, but the first button that plays the song cuts off a bit too early for our liking. still worth the price.

Just like all the others, the sound didn’t work upon arrival. Pretty disappointing, especially for a 2 year old! It would be great otherwise, but functionality is pretty important so I went with 1 star. Thought I got a deal...guess not!

I love it.. can't wait for my little one to enjoy it. The book is super cute and all the sounds are working fine.

There's no sound when you push the buttons on the book.Maybe it needs new batteries but it would require completely tearing open the packaging.I don't want to give this as a gift if the buttons don't work but I also don't want to rip open the packaging to put new batteries in it and then have the whole package mangled. 🤦‍♀️😠

Bought 2 as gifts. Neither one played the music or sounds. Very disappointed.

I ordered this months ago while it was on sale. I put it up to save for December. When I pulled it out and opened it, the book didn’t play any sound. I was very disappointed. I was positive it was too late to ask for a replacement. I did give my son the stuffed Rudolph. He was happy with that, but upset about the book.

This book was a wonderful Christmas Gift for our grandson who will be moving 800 miles away. Now he can listen to our voices anytime, just as we read the book to him over the holidays. This is a wonderful idea!!

Book was very difficult to record. Had to keep pages upright to record, an sometimes recording was stuck so that it kept repeating some pages over an over as I tried to record. Wouldn't record singing part, or the introduction. Very poor product. Too bad as I had it for my granddaughter for christmas

My Granddaughters love it. They probably have listened to me reading it 50 or more times

Book was damaged and did not record properly. Very disappointed.
