How long do you have to use it before you feel relief?

My husband uses this and found relief within a few days. Stay with it. He throws it on while he's watching TV. It keeps his neck in the proper position. Great price and a great product. It definitely provides relief.

Will this re-train my shoulder muscles to stay down?

Hmmm, I don’t think so. I used it to relieve a pinched nerve and it worked beautifully, but I don’t see how it would retrain your shoulders - I don’t think you would want to wear it constantly for that.

How many pounds of traction pressure does this apply to your neck?

I don’t know how many pounds, but I imagine that varies depending upon how much you inflate it. I find it most comfortable when it is not fully inflated, but still inflated enough for support.

how long to keep traction on?

Most doctors suggest 15-20 minutes and to immediately stop if any pain starts during traction.
