It definitely does lift the neck and take the pressure off the spine. It’s a little big for my head, but it works. It’s comfortable to sit in a chair with I like the way it feels on the body upon opening the product. It was easy to use it takes the pressure off my severely hurt herniated cervical spine with pinched nerves. I can sit in my chair comfortably, and my head is completely supported. The velvet is something I wasn’t used to the fabric, but it is what it is. I think they should make a smaller size . Just saying. If you suffer with neck pain shoulder pain this would really help you. I am severe and I’m getting no pain while wearing it. My head is completely supported which I like and it’s comfortable on my shoulders. I work on a computer. I’m always on my phone besides the point but comp work doom scrolling anggravates my pain bad. and I’m on my phone right now looking at it in a reasonable cervical position and it’s helping the pain . I would recommend this.

Works great taking off pressure that I can feel built up in my neck. Only thing is the ball part you pump it up with comes off easily but I can deal with it since it works so well.

This neck traction is great. It is nice not having to hold my head up, and it feels like you're laying your head on soft pillows. It also doesn't hurt when you release the air like it does if you use the ball traction from a chiropractor

This is soft and works well. My second one I’ve purchased. Really elongates my neck and alleviates pain.

Excellent device that takes the pressure on neck pain. Put it on and I would start at 50 pumps of the bulb inflator and slowly add series of 10 more pumps until I reached my maximum of 100 pumps. Great stretch and leave it on for 5 minutes or longer to get the maximum effect.

I've had spinal surgery on my neck front and back. I have a pinched nerve in my left upper and side shoulder which is extremely painful. With my insurance I was able to go see a therapist which I thought was a waste of time but to my surprise I laid face down on a table with a hole for my face to go through. She gently pulled on my head to stretch my spine and the pain was instantly gone. Anyway she gave me exercises to do and I ordered this to see if I could get the same result which I did not. It seems to be a well made item and it might work for you but it didn't for me.

The device came in a timely manner and looks exactly like the description. However , it does nothing for me. It chokes me with the straps and I feel no relief. It’s easy to put on and set up but for nothing bc I’m choking the whole time lol. The straps are adjustable but it doesn’t matter bc once I pump the device is even covering my ears. Overall light weight.

So far so good - works as advertised (used for a couple of days so far). Inflates and deflates pretty quickly, reasonably comfortable, provides good relief.

Works well but broke within 4 months. Poor quality.

This device works really well to help my neck. I use it for about 10 - 15 minutes a day.
