Very lightweight
Product is as described. The issue is that in the center there is a raised portion of the cooking surface. It appears that the manufacturer stamp on the underside created a "hump" in the center of the pan. Haven't tried it yet, but assume the item being cooked will run off raised portion. Also, has the non-stick surface been compromised by the unintended flexing of the surface?

Quality!
This is our third Ravelli frying pan that we've purchased. I must say that these are by far the best pans that we have ever owned. Everything about these pans scream quality! They clean up with just dish soap and a paper towel. there is no sticking of anything that we cook up in them. The heat distribution is incredibly even. I could go on and on, but I have a tee time. Thank you Ravelli and Amazon.

Nice looking and light.
Very, very lightweight pan, maybe half of my old one but this pan has a non-metal handle and does not have a disk bottom either. Seems to heat evenly and I hope it lasts for a few years.
