The fridge is exactly like advertised. It works great and looks amazing. However, a few days after having it, it started making a loud noise every time (what I assume) the thermostat adjusts/regulates the temperature. Perhaps we just received a defective model but I wouldn't risk it just the same. It's a shame because other than that, it's perfect but because it's so loud, I would recommend purchasing a different model. ***Amendment to my original review In reference to my earlier review, I had not contacted the company about the noise. However, after submitting the review, the company took it upon themselves to contact me and rectify the situation. I can honestly say that in all my years, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The way in which my issue was handled-alone-makes this company far more than reputable. There is no guarantee that we will RECEIVE flawless equipment, technology, appliances, etc. for obvious reasons-some times there are glitches and that's part of life. What is most important is how the circumstance of receiving flawed merchandise is handled afterward. In this day and age, every purchase seems like a gamble. Because of how this company provided a pleasantly surprising solution, there simply isn't enough stars to offer them. The fridge is beautiful. It works amazing. And the company is stellar. You can't ask for better than that.

Sad that the fridge did not make it to the point of even getting in our home before it was unusable. We were depending upon Amazon to deliver a soda/beer/wine fridge that was nice and durable but durable is not a word I would use for this product. When box was opened the first time we found shelves broken and unable to be used. So now we have to repack it when a box that is not crushed is send to us, pick this heavy fridge up and find a return spot. I have had back surgery and picking this fridge up again is not something I signed up for. Why could it not been simply a great fridge that got 4-5 stars and became a part of our home???? I have written without any response to Amazon about this. Sorry but ya let me down this time

Great mini refrigerator, sleek, and very quiet. The customer service for this product is really quick to answer your questions and concerns and honestly I have never had better customer service experience ever. Seriously the customer service experience was so attentive and quick to respond to me. Just on that fact I would definitely purchase products from the seller.

This product looks very nice, but as you can see, the temperature gauge is about 10 degrees off. So, 50F is about as low as it’s going to go when it’s completely full. Also, the bottle rack came broken. No response from customer service when I emailed them about it. And part of the reason I bought this particular product was because other reviewers had said the customer service was very good! WTH?

I was a little nervous about ordering this unit online as I like to see things first. But my other unit died and I was in pinch. Visited several stores and prices were prohibitive. I originally built the space for a wine cooler I had which was fine, but turned out I used it mainly for beer. That unit worked well for 15+ years, but as a wine cooler never got that cold. Turns out trying to find something that would keep cooler temps in these dimensions was harder than expected. This unit was delivered extremely quickly (two weeks early!) and in perfect condition other than some minor scratches on one shelf edge. I let it sit for 24 hours and then started it up and it's been running great and holding 38 degrees. As long as it keeps working like this it is a 5 star purchase for me.

It generally appears to work OK accept Makes loud Popping noise that can be heard throughout house every 30 minutes or so room. It is really unacceptable and I feel like I need to send it back. Update: I received a $20 credit, without requesting one. Accordingly I would look at some more recent reviews to see if the popping noise has now been resolved. Update 2: I have reduced this to two stars because I have now actually used the refrigerator for more than the test period. After one month of actual use, not only is the popping sound continuing, but now the temperature settings freeze up and do not allow you to increase or lower the temperatures without unplugging and replug in in the device. In addition it does not actually reflect the temperature but only what you said it to, and the temperature is much higher without you knowing it. I would absolutely never have bought this refrigerator had I known how poor of a quality it was. It’s too bad because it otherwise looks nice, although it does not have a reversible hinge which is an issue as well.

Would give it five stars, but it doesn't give accurate temperature reading. My unit displays 32 degrees F when it's actually 42. I first noticed this when my water bottles weren't quite as cold as they are in my main units even when set to the coldest setting. Overall it's a good unit & worth the money.

The mini- fridge looked great in our game area and added a nice touch to the space. Unfortunately, we had to return it after noticing ice buildup on the back wall, which raised concerns about its long-term reliability. It’s a stylish unit, but the performance didn’t meet our expectations.
